Since it's not listed in the description it could just be the darker black colour from the eye shadow palette and obviously mascara helps highlight the eyes aswell. It could be a combo of these two things, hope this helps💞

I hear about these various seed oils and other botanical things put into makeup and skin care and always wonder. Watermelon seed oil? What does that do? I never knew watermelon seeds have oil in them. Oh well. There’s a lot I don’t know. That foundation looks pretty good but maybe not hydrating enough for my very dry skin.
