I am Ather 450x user . But not happy with range with new and old both . I bought it last at my place Siliguri West Bengal costed me 1.73 lac very high or They could upgrade range upto 160+ kms + they should give a phone charger + More brighter headlamps + seat needs to be improve + charging cover quality is poor. They are many things. It has to be add on and improved on coming new gen ather or upgradibility available old user 450x. Combi brakes are not so good for panic brake or sudden braking...i personally suggest dont buy new ather gen 3 its better you go for Simple One with the range claimed of 205 kms with extra battery carrying facilities in your boot space .

Still missing- ABS, definitely. With so much power on offer, it should have bare safety features like ABS. Usually companies don't offer it unless govt mandates it. Being a Gen 1 user, I can only hope their new mirrors and accessories like side stand & storage bags are backward compatible. But Ather has been very poor in supporting its existing customers.

Let me tell u one thing .. Petrol r petrol .. ap kitne bhi km ja sakte ho Electric is just innovation for City ride .. As per that .. Ather is absolutely incredible .. in every term . Range was bit consulting .. but they will fix it .. The last generation was so dam Accurate about Range which display show 75 to 80 km .. On paper we see that it's so less .. but when we ride our Petrol Scooter in day to day life .. we never measure how much do we ride daily ..

60kmph is quite dangerous on highways. At minimum it should be 80 to 90 which is what the average scooter gets. Overtaking will be extremely tough otherwise.

abs should have been included. I think Ather hasn't had the time or the inclination to re-engineer ABS from scratch. And using bolt on ABS units from bosch and other OEMs might probably be cost prohibitive or just not feasible technically with this chassis or electronic systems. Regardless of the reasons, ABS is a life saving feature and should have been included in the 1st version itself.

Simple 120 ki accurate range chaiya agar delhi main sale achi krni hai....delhi wala noida aur gurugram travel krte hai kyun sari companies 35 to 42 km one side rehta hai toh average 100 toh chaiya...so delhi opt tabhi krenga jab range 120 ya 130 accurate ho

Little confuse, it's true range is 100km & same is of TVs icube but price difference of almost 30k if compare to icube S model. If given 30k extra in icube can get icube ST model with true range of 140km. Even simple one is cheaper.

It’s very high price 1.7L. normal bike will get in around 1L and use 70K for petrol for 7years, and after 7 years Ather required battery replacement and it cost around 70k and normal bike continues for next 5 more years. No difference between normal bike and electric bike. Cost wise.

@Sreekanth I m already using ola from last 4 months and very very happy owner. Just that unnecessarily ola has been potrait as a nit good service but in reality service is excellent. I have experienced it on my own. Simple one is far better option than ather on any day more than double realtime range. Better in all aspects. Only andhe bhakt will buy Ather. Practically it's a total waste of money not worth it at all👎👎

Everyone talks about how good thier EV bikes have bacame but hardly any one talks about the increase in their charging infrastructure. Is it proprietary charging and why not going with universal charging solution to ease the pain of consumers. Till these are addressed i think EV will be an enthusiast toy only. May be down the line after 3-5 years, my opinion will change but for now it's not suitable for everyday customers.

For the exact same model they are charging fcuking 21000 just to unlock battery usability by just 0.64kw ???? Cost of a charger is 20,000rs which is absolute nonsense.
