The 2020 model has a completely new interior to the 2019 one, and many exterior new features, to make it a new model. This is a facelift indeed, or a PI (Product Improvement) as Audi puts it, but to the completely new 2020 model.

Yep this is why I went from Audi to VW in 2024 they still have the ash trays in the rear doors from the 2016 model year Audi tricks you into believing they are new when they are just polished turds no better than a bmw my god the electric seat controls are so 1990’s in some bmw’s

What facelift….its new wheels and a new colour ! Audi are an embarrassment, I moved away a few years ago, cars are nowhere near as cutting edge or modern as they should be
