It's ok, I am in Sydney, drop outs are common, updates maintenance, upgrades, there is always some Fu$%ing excuse as why it's so unreliable. I get by, but it's frustrating, the worst part is no fore warning, if they were to send an notice it would not be so bad, instead, the dropout occurs for 3 or 4 hours, the next day they send you a notice (text) for yesterdays maintenance drop out.
