The Skeleton Army card is unlocked from the Bone Pit (Arena 2). It spawns 15 single-target, melee Skeletons with very low hitpoints and low damage, with an overall extremely high damage per second. The Skeleton Warrior is a small melee unit found in large neutral camps in the jungle. About: The Skeleton Warrior does not exist on its own but is instead spawned in groups of three by the Dark Troll Summoner's Raise Dead Ability, to which they last for 40 seconds before expiring. The Skeleton Warrior is a purely white skeleton wielding a sword and having no armor or any other further decorations. The Skeleton Warrior deals 11-13 base damage, has 250 hit points, and 1 armor, along with 100 attack speed (1 second base attack time) and 270 movement speed, making this one of, if not the slowest moving neutral creep in the entire game. Abilities: The Skeleton Warrior has the Rally ability. Rally grants a bonus +3 attack damage to all nearby friendly units on a 1200 radius. This ability stacks and grants more attack damage the more Skeleton Warriors there are. The Skeleton Warriors also have the Runty attack-type, meaning they deal less damage to Heroes and Towers on their attacks. Strategy: The Skeleton Warriors are notoriously weak on their own, they cannot do much given their low stats and impending expiry time of 40 seconds, but this is mitigated anyway by the fact that The Dark Troll Summoner summons three Skeleton Warriors with its Raise Dead ability. So overall it is best to group them up for tower pushing, or even be sent individually to scout various key objective areas in the enemy's side of the map. Heroes like Chen, Enchantress, Doom, or any other Hero that can bring Helm of the Dominator or the Helm of the Overlord can take over the Dark Troll Summoner and use its Raise Dead ability to summon three Skeleton Warriors. Chen notably has the numbers advantage on this, as a max-level Holy Persuasion allows him to have up to 4 (7 with talent) Dark Troll Summoners to summon multiple Skeleton Warriors. A great way to utilize these units is on tower pushing. Mechanical Siege units deal bonus damage to towers, so the extra +3 stacking damage from Rally really helps it a lot to take tower objectives. Keep in mind that the Skeleton Warriors spawned from the Raise Dead ability lasts for 40 seconds, but the Raise Dead ability itself is only on an 18-second cooldown, meaning you can have up to nine skeletons at a time, to which the bonus attack damage from Rally goes up to +27 bonus attack damage. When you are with your team mates, buying a Drum of Endurance can go a really long way, as the active bonus attack speed can really help your Skeleton Warriors to chip down towers and even tank a couple of hits to protect your lane creeps so as to not activate Backdoor Protection. If you combine these with multiple Dark Troll Summoners casting Raise Dead everytime its off-cooldown, you will be pushing a lot of towers, and reducing the enemy's map presence, in no time.

Haven't seen anyone buying Pipe of Insight or Vladmir's Offering in my games. This is why these items are so good. This is actually doable with just WK's skeletons, the enemy cant engage completely into teamfights because WK can keep sending skeletons to push towers with assault, vladmir and pipe.

King of Bones Strat: Objective: 1. Get Chen and Underlord 2. Maximize his 2nd fully and get the biggie Troll until 3 (more if possible) 3. Spawn Skeletons until 2 times for each Troll. 4. Summon a portal to the closest Tower and aggro all your controlled creeps (preferably only skeletons) to attack Towers. 5. Watch the destruction. Optional: Get Helm of the Dominator or heroes that uses controlled units like Lycan's Wolves or Invoker's Forge Spirit (Helps immensely with Alacrity) to push together with the BONES. Pros: - Destroys towers extremely fast thanks to the number of skeletons gaining bonus damage for the amount of stacks they are summoned. Unless towers are fortified, which would only make them defenseless in the next push, towers will struggle to destroy all of the skeleton army. - Forces enemies to fall back and defend if desperate, causing the enemies' pace to fall down. Effective against enemies who are snowballing or great in early game paces that slowly becomes weaker the longer it goes on. - Enemies who don't have Boots of Travel or global mobility will struggle to defend and come back to push. Cons: - Skeletons are easy to kill via AOE bursts and not resistant to any attacks or spells. Example for heroes: Storm Spirit, Snapfire and Earthshaker. Example for items: Battle Fury, Mjollnir and Radiance. - Will garner a ton of gold for the enemy team if all of the BONE army are dead, backfires heavily if the enemy has a late game power spike. - Enemies who have global mobility or short cooldown bursts can easily deplete the BONE army.
