03:20, i live in protugal and they do that here too but in my case it wasn't "DHL", it was another company, but most of the time they don't actually go to your house to deliver your order, they're lazy and want you to pick it up, this has happened to me and many people I know, they do it on purpose because they don't want to go to the effort of going to your house, next time make a complaint because they can't do that, it's their job to deliver the package to your house
