They do come up on the smaller side, so definitely .5 a size up if not a whole size up!

I have the Forty 40’s…I like these shoes, but I can never get them to fit perfect :( All New Balance shoes I struggle to find a nice fit :( Recommend going half a size up 👍🏻

I have tried all 3. Initially I thought I would prefer the 4030 but it was the worst one. The toe end is way too hard and stiff. Hurts toes when running and especially while bowling. CK10 and CK4040 were very comfy and no hard and stiff area at the toe.
