I choose the kayano 30. I prefer the rocker and it is incredibly plush and comfortable.

vongo v5 the most firm/hard shoe i ever run.. the midpart of the shoe is so hard

Great video for comparision on these shoes. I've Been a vongo 5 wearer and doing a gait analysis and given this shoe you can feel the difference underfoot. in my opinion for the worse. Vongo 5 for the win for me.
