I'm a pretty serious runner and honestly great review.. spot on with the foams and you're right NB have some crazy foams right now. The advantage with running trainers is that they are build to last, all surfaces, all weather's so you're getting excellent value.. My 1080 v10 are 500kms and still feel amazing.

I learned about 1080s from you buying for lower back pain and dealing with sciatica. Left Hokas behind for 1080's and never looked back. You might think about doing a post or tagging those issues. These shoes you review are great for that. You the man!

I walk on concrete floors about 8-9 hours at my job. Boost is god tier until the boost hits a certain mileage, then they don't squish as much and start to fatigue my feet. New balance fresh foam has that squish, but after a full shift on concrete my feet are as fatigued as worn out boost. I'm done buying fresh foam. React is amazing for the all night comfort without foot fatigue, but its not as nice of a squish as when you step in newer boost. Forever searching for the best all day comfort.

For me the FuelCell was more squishy. I’m not saying more comfy but softer. I have the Rebel V2 and they are super nice, I actually like them better then my 1080s, not in the looks department but comfort. I’m not a runner either just walk in them. Novablast v1 and 1080 v10 were my favorite shoes from last year - both from daily use, and running perspective. Both are still going strong. Both have the updated versions for this year now. The best part is, neither model was changed dramatically - just some tweaks here and there, which is good! Rebel 2 also seems like a very good shoe. I've heard nothing but good things about it so far. New Balance, and Asics are doing a great job. Adidas has been left far behind I feel. Boost just doesn't cut it anymore.

I just got the Rebel V2 after basically wearing nothing but boost. The only reason I considered trying these out was that the newer boost shoes were becoming a bit firm IMO.
