I wish someone from New Balance would read this and consider my suggestion. I'm a huge fan of the 990 and proudly wear them to support my country. The UK NB facility makes fun colorways for the 1300 and other UK made New Balance'. Like a blue suede and yellow NB logo. Please consider collaborating with the UK design team and make fun colorways for the 990.

Thank you for continuing to make a awesome shoe the 990 series. Its a comfortable support shoe. Thanks for being different and true unlike others all the hype. I have horrible horrible feet and my feet say thank you. Brooks no longer makes a shoe that fits me no more nor does Asics. Nike never really did but the 990 series heaven to my horrible hard working feet and MADE IN THE USA.

what does made in usa stand for? quality control? so i ordered my first new balance some time ago, exactly this model and was surprised when it arrived: the bad workmanship wasnt expected to be honest, especially for this price. on the front the suede is not connected as it should be to the sole, you see the glue, so in the near future you would have more problems as it will surely stretch. and i dont know how to write it in english as im writing from germany, but the overall work/stitching on this shoe wasnt like it should be and there were other obvious errors and how it looks on the pictures. so thought, ok bad luck order another one: what happened is ridiculous to be honest. the new one had a different encap, and wrote an email etc but how can this be? made in the usa? quality control? never ever will i buy a new balance again. 2 out of 2? never happened with another shoe, even the cheap ones. and its funny that when you go onto the official site, you see people complaining about these same things. without quality new balance is nothing. nike, adidas, even puma will always be ahead in the coolness section. for me its back to made in germany... really disappointing and disappointed
