The "Invisible Vehicles" seems a bit over the top and could have been executed better like if there is nearby foilage, the vehicle can put up camouflage netting and be invisible stationary and have first shot bonuses.

The Brits had the closest thing; ULTRA they totally compromised German communications and reduced the war in Europe by 2 years, saving millions of lives and possibly even won the war because of it. They also had commando raids and SAS.. but sure give it to the DAK

Superior range means nothing if you can roll up in your romulan stealth tanks and circle to death long range units. Also allies don't have superior range as axis have 88s which iirc have the same range as 17pounders but also shoot air targets.

I find it a bit weird that they gave DAK a stealth battlegroup when it was the British who famously used espionage, intelligence and subterfuge in the African campaign to great success.

Lots of creative stuff. that truck mechanic and the beacons and stealing resources! AMAZING Also the salvage now has a purpose! if the infantry get weapons from it now you have a more direct intensive. I DO think 17 pounter + archer and STEALTH TECHNOLOGY TIGER is a bit too much lol. Maybe mediums and above are only invisible if they are not moving or move SUPER slow like 95% slower.

I think that the stealth tanks would be tweaked over time. I think it can be a good feature if done correctly. I like the idea of the huge speed nerf for this!

@@derricksmith8354 I definitely think that this ability will either be nerfed or changed completely. Invisible tanks + reload bonus on them sounds way too bonkers. One way to balance it would be to strengthen the buff, but change stealth to simply them being invisible on the mini and tactical maps.

They did say they move slower before fighting how much slower? IDK but It seems like an ability you need to time right plus we don't know how much it cost to activate it yet either granted I still think it is overpowered as it stands but we will have to see when it comes out I honestly think the most overpowered part about it is the ability to gain resources back from vehicles destroyed when in use tbh but compared at the same time a lot of the battlegroup seems honestly pretty tamed so it might be good to have such a strong late game active ability like this.

I just can't with this game... Brits only answer for swarm of DAK vehicles is well placed defence(which is hard to achieve). But now this BG is giant fu, becouse all the tanks go invisible and boom 5 meters from your ATs. Balance in this game is a joke. Really.

Ive had coh3 since launch but haven't touched it much since then. Seems like a good time to get into the game and try it out some more since I've been going back and playing coh1 and 2. Anybody have some good tips or pointers for 3? Seems fairly different to me from the previous two.

Yeah it’s definitely to much the British infantry was already the best early game. And the entry Stewart is very mobile. Not to mention they have mortars as well.. the British will definitely be overpowered even more 6:22

So Sega are letting go of relic and they are becoming an independent studio... I said about a year ago that CoH3 would likely go the way of DoW3.... so Sega only let go of studios if they do not see investment opportunities within a studio, yes going independent keeps them alive for a time. I'm hoping they can pull things together however if they do not get a quality game release they will most likely shutdown the studio or will start selling off its ips to anyone who will take it and that will mean an end to CoH as a franchise, so I can see that they will only release commanders that use the hidden assets already in game for zero effort as they will need to get a new game out to bring in the funds to survive and it shows as they say the commanders will be free and may change... read that as will change if more people buy CoH3. At the end of the day you can't blame those that detested the release of this half baked game as the writing was probably already on the wall and they released too early, they should have held back until they at least had it at the point its at now and this would have been a different story. My suggestion would be to try and get the DoW franchise back up and running with a game that is closer to what people wanted, that being dark crusade with modernised graphics, not the moba it turned into, I would say do an upgraded graphical fidelity of CoH1 but I think they have burned a bit of the communities forgiveness in this franchise. As to the commanders it's telling how out of touch the design team is, they have re-hashed basic armies from CoH1 for these commanders, see original brits and panzer elite. It's good getting more commanders but the "Pros" Devm and meraflaga(sp?) are out of touch with each other as they seem to have developed these armies on their own from what I can see, 1 the supply truck only needs to be destroyed for the other team to steal the resources, it should be a de-crew and capture and no supplies until back at HQ, whereas the DAK upgraded caches give a bonus with no downside. That and a design/balance team they are not, they have no imagination re-hashing original CoH1 armies and keep going for the rule of cool in their heads and not how it will balance out with the other commanders, this is the same with a lot of the abilites like free arty for units and units that can move and fire heavy weapons, yes previously iirc it was LMGs on elite unite where the only ones with that ability. The stealth abilities of DaK are ridiculous especially the Romulan stealth tanks.... roll a ninja tiger into a defensive line and wipe a chunk of infantry with the SMine and even if you lose vehicles... they get resources back... its like super allied war machine from CoH1 You got it right with the Brits are going back to CoH1 sim city but you need a commander to do it now, and they have thrown in the archer as it was in the game already otherwise if they had any sense they could have added the firefly, also the archer does not have a great reverse speed as the commentators says.... it's reverse is it's forward.... The Aussie infantry don't really add anything except being another 0cp builder unit, they get scoped Enfield's but instead of giving a munition based sniper shot, yes I know CoH1.... it increases accuracy of the unit, it's a wasted opportunity. the 2 pounder is only going to be selected in maps that are maybe to tight to actually build the emplacements... which the 17pounder looks stupidly large for an emplacement... look at the 88 emplacement that's a more sensible size.... The over repair is taken straight from CoH1 but probably can't be used on allied vehicles, but the question is how long does it take for sappers to apply the buff and is it worth it for a whole extra hits worth of damage? At the end of the day they are now independent and cannot blame Sega for any crap they now release so we will see what they come up with next.....

Fascinating. However, aoe4 has done pretty well for itself so I imagine coh is not really relics priority. If they can continue to successfully milk ao4 they will be fine until the next major game release. Coh is on life support and no amount of success at this point with dlc is gonna save it. Relic is gonna go where the money is because that's the only way they can continue to exist. There is barely any money in coh at this point.

Time will tell. Either Sega pushed them to release or they would be dropped or they knew they would be ditched and released early to get funds to become independent or they have just dropped the ball again after DoW3. I feel the team they used for coh3 had no prior experience with the 1st 2 games and didn't do any research.
