I played both 1st and 2nd games but none of them had this towing mechanic so one of my favorite parts of CoH3 is this feature but I didn't know recon vehicles could also do it aswell. It's good to see kettenkrad having this ability, thanks for the video.

As a returning CoH 1 player whos recently got CoH 3, even the basic tips were very useful. I forgot or didn't even know this game had a height advantage. Very useful

Mines are a pretty good flank cover. A good alternative would be scouts. People tend to forget about them almost immediately, but they're extremely useful advance warning to your flanks AND forward patrol. They're a also cheap and easy on your pop limit. Also , There is nothing sadder than a blob shuffling across enemy lines and then get pinned by an MG, simply because they didn't scout.

how do you drop empty AT guns once you start towing? It never gives me the option...

@@asdstrike for me it's "e" , it's a different button than the unload troops button which is really weird. But a white circle pops up where ur cursor is and you move that where you want it to be dropped at and click

When you were showing the veteran ability of the panzergrenadier and it was almost equal, how do you know the AI controlled panzergrenadier didn't also activate its veteran ability?

Good point! That could explain why it was equal. I just assumed my units had bad aim during that explanation hahahah

The AI in cheatmod is inactive so it doesn’t issue any orders to units. If it had popped the ability, we would see the same ability icon above the enemy pgrens. All the status icons in the game including prioritise vehicles are shown for both allies and enemies. I think you did just unlucky with the RNG, hahah. You lost a model first which cut your DPS, but without the vet 1 it would have probably been a loss so still kinda proves your point :) It’s free too so it’s well worth using it a lot and learning when it’s best applied

@@Turtlewar Appriciate it! Im trying to figure out if older faction guides still are viable. Or if to much has changed. Planning to focus on brits and/or Wehr just to get warm. Im no RTS player and havnt played one since Starcraft 1 or Warcraft 3. So Im really bad. Played some CoH2 with a friend maybe 6 months before CoH3 release, to get ready. But he never got the game and I played the campaign and some skrimish 1vs1 against AI. Think I quit when the campaign bugged out after a long mission hehe.

@@olaoberg4165 some of the old faction guides may be outdated. The game has changed alot in the last 9 months. You should finish playing the campaign or skirmish against AI to get used to the games current state. I think you'll pick it up quick!

@@Turtlewar Think my italian campaign died after invading anzio. When i finished the mission it bugged out and died. Took me forever to finish that mission. Ill go check some decent "good units" and build orders to practise some skirmish!
