I’m a physical therapist. You may want to consider Voltaren. Which is an nsaid that is topical and now approved for over the counter use. It’s more effective than drugstore blends. Also try wearing arthritis gloves at night. You can find on amazon. They are slightly compressive , finger tip less and they reduce any swelling in the thumb joint and can help relieve pain. You can get them with copper in them as well and they help too. Good health to you.

Several years ago Lancome made a highlighter that I absolutely loved (this was way before highlighters became a thing like they are nowadays) and then, of course, they discontinued it. It was finely milled and added a really pretty sheen (not sparkly) glow. Being my skin has become drier in recent years, I've been looking for a cream replacement. I'll check out this Flower product... and also about that skincare line. Thanks!

I had two favorite products from Peter Thomas Roth that he discontinued. One was the despot with hydroquinone. I am aware it is controversial but it has been the only (not even a prescription cream) that made my melasma or dark spots disappear. Have tried the new one, does nothing. The second product was called laser free gel. It wss a red gel. It had niacinamide and was a wonderful moisturizer.

Thanks for sharing this information on the various products! I just clicked over and ordered the pumpkin seed oil to try. I started growing my hair out this year (initially because I had to - LOL) and I like the idea of strengthening my hair and helping my scalp. It's interesting to me that since I'm getting grayer (I'm 71) the texture and growth of my hair is changing. :(

Hi Ann, I am a new subscriber and love your videos. I haven't been able to find anything to help with my tear troughs which even causes puffiness on both cheek areas. They start at the corners of each eye and then end with puffiness on the ends of both cheeks. I have tried ice cubes, cold face mask, and collagen eye pads under my eyes. I just starting using ROC eye cream but not sure if it will help with swelling on my cheeks or tear troughs. Please help me Ann, as I can't afford fillers by a cosmestic sutgeon.. Thanks!

That longer hair is lookin good Anne, I say let it get a little longer, definitely makes you look younger! Good info, you didn't go into wrinkles in this one but remember that collagen production is important, that's what keeps the wrinkles and lines away, so Vitamin C, and a good amino acid/ protein supplement that has the aminos in a readily available form. I know you know all that :)
@BeautyByAnneMarie4 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Yes, absolutely it's all about collagen with wrinkles. I always appreciate you sharing what you do for anti-aging you have some great advice/tips!

@@BeautyByAnneMarie: Well, I don't really subscribe to the theory of "aging" like the average people out here do...if the cells are constantly breaking down and rebuilding themselves, how is that aged? It's brand new again. So lets be clear here, what we are REALLY talking about here, when we say "aging" is a state of DECREPITUDE not a state of aging. This all goes back to lifestyle, and it's all about choices. Just today I saw a beautiful woman of what I could visually determine, to be in her 5th Decade of life, light up a cig and start smoking it. Alright, so when that turns into Emphysema or Lung Cancer, oh well, that's decrepitude, not aging. When we see her face etc...gradually develop lines and wrinkles, well, Cigs deplete your Vitamin C levels at a fantastic rate, so no "aging" required, she's destroying herself. Sad, she had it going on to from what I could see.

If you are having problems in the joints of your hand it has to do with gut health. it is not an ageing problem. You need to get the gut bacteria balanced in your body. Using topical products will only put a band-aid on this problem. All of my pain in my hands when away when I started taking certain supplements and eliminated nightshade vegetables from my diet.

Thanks for the great info! I do take a probiotic but will look into getting rid of nightshade veggies

Hello Anne, you are looking wonderful! I haven't been on for a while. You might remember that my mother is losing her eyesight, but she wants to stay as youthful as possible. (She was a true beauty in her youth!) Anyway, her doctor said she had not worsened in a while, and so they decided to remove her cataracts since her was in a sort of remission, AND they did upper and lower eyelid surgery for free. Actually her insurance paid a lot, and her wonderful surgeon waived the rest of the fee. She is NOT a plastic surgery person, but her lids had drooped a lot for her age. She looks at least 20 years younger. They were so lucky that they did it before "elective surgery ban" came back in place due to Covid. She now has a new computer screen for the seeing impaired, and she could make out a lot of your video this time!!! She loves your voice, and your explanations, and we are going to watch together your upcoming videos and pray that her vision stays like it is now for as long as possible! We hope you had a nice Thanksgiving! Love, Roxie
