To answer your question about how they get the stick from the top. I work at Kmart and in our stockroom we use electric pallet jacks to get the stock from the top, basically a machine that you use to move stock on wooden pallets, don’t know if you are still confused, but yeah xx love you and your vids xx

The Malm bed also has storage drawers you can buy seperately for underneath the bed, theyre so so handy! just in case you didnt know. The only downside is opening the drawer when you have a bedside table next to it xx

So random but the sanitarium No Sugar peanut butter is 100 times better than the natural one, I made the mistake of buying the natural one once 😂 it’s just peanuts and oil so it’s healthy, and it’s the same price for a bigger jar!

daisy8008 that's just not true though. Grains are an important part of our diets. Dieticians/doctors recommend 6 serves of grains every day, and bread is included in that. One slice of bread=1 serve of grains. And Rachel is literally showing whole grain bread.

bread is not healthy, you can get grains through other sources other than bread. Bread is not good, for example, for maintaining a healthy sugar level (come on diabetics are not suppose to eat bread)

daisy8008 hey daisy, I'm not being rude just trying to have a discussion so if you could please afford me the same courtesy. :) I'm referring to the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating (I'm from Australia, as is Rachel) which is a resource put out by the government explaining what a healthy diet looks like. It states that whole grains (whole grain pastas, whole grain bread, rice etc) are important sources of energy and fiber. I feel like when people say 'bread is bad' they are really saying 'bread is carbs and will therefore make you gain weight'. (Not saying that's Rachel's logic, I'm not sure what Rachel's logic is which is why I asked) but saying bread is bad for you when decades of research say otherwise is a sign of having bought into fad diets or restrictive diets. Any diet that tells you to cut out a food group is a lie that has the potential to destroy your mental health (I'm speaking as someone who is recovering from an eating disorder, which is why I feel so strongly about it) I'm just worried about rachel, and politely asked for the 'why' behind her saying that bread is bad for you.
