I know of course the moment you show your support for Israel they say I’m not anti Semitic I’m just anti Zionist. Which in return is antisemtic bc the whole Torah is based on being able to return to our homeland lol. I get it trust me that’s why I left this comment. A very informative and easy book to follow and a definite keeper as a reference.Mr. Chopra wrote a clear, concise and easy for all to follow way to find peaceful and relaxing of the mind and soul through meditation.
