Just wanted to pop back in here since my order of this came in. This IS different then the drugstore ones because the brushes are three seperate rounded tips, not flat and together as the drugstore ones. It applies way differently and does look more natural. I bought the deep brown and since I'm drawing on my skin pretty much I find it's not all that dark as I thought it would be which is good.

Maybelline has a pen just like this in their Tattoo Studio line and it worked great until it dried up after only a couple of uses. Please let us know how long the ink in this one lasts.

This tip is three separate pen tips. The maybelline is a tip cut thrice so this may help.

I think that wasn't a brow gel but the Benefit They're Real Primer. It's actually a brown mascara primer! The applicator and the color looks exactly like that!

I use Murray’s Edgewax as a brow gel. I swear by it. Just dip your spoolie in it and comb through your brows. They won’t move at all.

Great review - thank you. For anyone with thinning brows or alopecia - try castor oil mixed with a drop of coconut oil (I actually found a brow gel in Whole Foods made of castor oil and coconut oil.) great product. Alternatively you can try castor oil on its own - just pat in a drop or two of it every night into your brows and hopefully your brows should grow better. Best wishes.

The problems I’ve had with these types of products in the past, is that they dry out after a few uses. If this product doesn’t do that, it will be amazing.

Your brows looked so beautiful with this product! You said you've tried other similar products, does that include the maybelline/loreal versions? They have similar three prong tips. I lean more towards drugstore with brow products, I go through them quicker.

I have one by L'Oreal and I like it pretty good. It doesn't dry up as fast as the Maybelline one sounds like it does. It's dark blonde. I think this one would be hard for me to find the right color. as I'm between blonde and light brown I think. But it looks great!. I bought 3 of the L'Oreal ones so I might pick up one of these later after I use up a couple of the ones I have.

The best brow gel to use is edge control wax ! I swear by it. It’s clear and holds the brows in place better than any actual brow gel I’ve used. Just dip your spoolie in it and comb through your brows. The brand i use is Murray’s Edgewax.

Hi Nikkia, As a professional make-up artist, is it possible to do a series on make-up for different eye shapes? Like, hooded, prominent (me!), downturned, etc. I find that I struggle with mimicking most KZbin tutorials as their shape may differ to mine and therefore what they do doesn't look quite right on me. Especially with lockdown, most of your subscribers might take the opportunity to perfect their skills (myself definitely) before life may return to normal and they venture out the house. the brow gel is the same I always use (it’s technically not a brow gel haha!) it’s the benefit they’re real tinted lash primer in brown. It’s actual magic in brows🙌🏼😂

I'm working in South Korea at the moment. Some of the roadshop brands have started coming out with a similar but much more affordable version. I haven't tried them yet but the feedback is they look great however the pen doesn't last very long. Only for about 10 uses before the pen dries out... So I am super interested in an update to know how long/ how many applications this product lasts for you!

k94tran I’ve tried 2 different affordable brands in 2 shades “Medium Brown” and “Dark Brown” . Both Revolution Pro and also the Revlon version pulls downright Red and Orange on my fair complexion. The concept is great, colors were horrible but I still tried to use it but I was never able to master how to use it (it’s harder than it looks, lol). Oh, I still have all 4 of them, I bought them around 1 year ago, I store them upside down and they still have a ton of ink in them … granted I don’t use them, not sure why I’ve held on to them.

I bought one from olive young and had the same first impression, that it dried out immediately... but! I store it upside down and 6 months later it’s still going strong! The hair strokes don’t look as natural but the color tone and wear time are great

In Canada we have a very inexpensive drugstore makeup brand called Essence (not sure if it's in other countries) but they also make an eyebrow pen identical to the benefit one but it only costs $5 (CAD). Works amazing but it isnt waterproof.

As long as you weren’t rubbing your brows while you’re sweaty I imagine it would be fine. It didn’t budge alllll day for me. But as you saw in the video - it’s definitely not waterproof when you add water and rub haha❤️❤️❤️

Thanks for the fabulous review. Your brows look gorgeous! I have barely any brows due to thyroid issues, and am always searching for time-saving brow products. I've read a ton of reviews on Sephora USA, saying that nothing comes out of the blades of the product sold there. If that is true, it seems a total waste.
