NOW you can do RQWE+IGNITE COMBO in 1.5 SEC more or less or QRQWE+IGNITE more damage that old lb but in 2 SEC morr or less the bad thing is the LATEGAME: in late game lb still can oneshot people even if they have MR ,it just take you more time but whit NEW lb becose she has more slow assasin potencial it will take you more time to kill a adc and if he stack MR and you jump on hem he will erase you whit 3AA ..especially because there are no items AP / ARMOR only zhonyas and that's the weakness of ap caster in lategame and RIOT should put more items AP/ARMOR

the mimic chain is a fake one, meaning that it doesnt do damage or root. also, the mimic puts the e on cooldown so you would only be able to get 2 REAL e's on a champion at once (ones that do damage and root), even though you might have like 500 leblanc clones.

I would say you still are. 1 second kills are shit for the game. if you think that is good for the game then you are ignorant. you should be able to escape any all in if you have flash at mid game. And a good Leblanc at mid game can 1 sec kill you. Play adc and go against a good Leblanc then say she is a non broken champ. She is still over powered in this vid but there is counter play some what. just need 2 "flashs" to get away.

when these changes come to live i have no doupts at all that LB will be trash teir zed and talon will be 100% pick/ban kata and rengar might be pick/ban but not as strong as zed+talon LB will be around 42% win rate, her ulti is just so janky and her passive is faaaaar to slow for the rest of her kit, if she hangs around long enough to spark it in any actual competitive situation she will flat out die. i like most of the changes but im really not sold on LB at all, it just looks so clunky and slow, faaar to slow for her to those of you who will inevitibly say "shes so op look at this video" this is a diamond 1/masters player playing on the pbe, his oponents are far more then likely silver, low gold at best.

gregsmw I'd say that she has better teamfights potential now and instead of blowing her load on the adc and getting out now it will be an in and out style of play. probably like Taliyah useless until learnt how to play. talon will have problems engaging without walls ( his Q range is really short) but he will be very strong against melee champions and might be picked more in the Toplane (?) zed still not sure he'll probably snowball way harder when he gets kills but have a very rough time if he falls behind (if you don't have many kills by endgame you'll have less ad than before)rengar doesn't seem to strong and will probably be built as a bruiser from now on (more health means more w heals and you get more ad from passive so you can go pseudotanky and you don't really burst as hard as before)

Thomas Broderick talons a jungler now, his passive works on monsters as does the q heal on kills, not to mention his e works obscenely well as a ganking tool, he can gank mid by jumping wraith wall, or gank bot by hoping up the the tri bush then over the wall bypassing any river wards. as for zed, all iv seen is that his ult now gives him permenant ad (scaling with targets ad so good luck being an adc) so zeds just getting more and more damage as a game goes on, a zed who is ahead is already a solo game winner, now imagin that zed has infinite scaling as well. Zed has always been a top teir champion, giving him that is just gonna put him right back in that spot hes been in far to often of 100% pick/ban

Well in my opinion, she's not completely useless since she has her ups and downs, but I still think that this is a nerf overall. now she's pretty much lost that combo where she's able to proc the q passive twice using the q-r combo and now that she has a delay on her bonus damage, she can't really burst anymore. sure she has some wave clear with the w-q and whatnot but still that's completely useless out of lane (unless clearing waves on sidelanes) especially when you're defending the base. as u mentioned, she might have better team fighting if you consider only dps but if u consider how much eliminating an enemy carry does, simply having more dps doesn't means it's "better". from what I see, she's kind of lost the assassin part and seems more like a mage to me. plus one more thing I wanted to add is that she's way too dependent on her e even more now since that's kinda the only way to proc ur passive when ur trying to poke someone out in a 5v5 defense. in the end, she still lacks wave clear since she has to melee range, she doesn't have as much burst, and now she's really less of a threat. I don't agree that she's gonna be completely useless but I don't think she's gonna be high up on the win rates until people are able to learn how to play her properly. tbh she seems pretty fun so I'm playing her anyways

Actually the double R could be really effective if you are ganking someone from the fog of war. If you can sneak up on them, or be invisible for a little bit, someone suddenly has 2 lbs coming at them, like a shaco ult. Getting E lvl 2 might actually be pretty strong for trading. Also, mimicking E is stronger than Q if you can stay those 1.5 seconds in range, because it deals that damage twice. Another thing I'm thinking about - whether to max Q or W first. Both are waveclear tools now, both get similar damage increase per level. Maxing W lowers the cooldown which is awesome, but maxing Q would allow you to use W more for gap closing without sacrificing damage. (Q can be also cast more times during an engage and the mana increase per level is lower)

And the 2nd ult which let's you controle a clone from a distance is very situational so I don't rly see the point of her new ult. Maybe I need to understand it more still new to me. The big change for me seems to be her waveclear which is huge.

If new LB mimics Distortion, can R be pressed again to go to the mimic's distortion start? I know it's basically the same place as where LB would shoot from since the mimic starts right next to her, but being able to move back to 1 spot twice is better than once.

W lets you dash target direction, then you can press W again, to return to where you were when you first pressed your w (you don't have to tho, and if you dont, ability just goes on cooldown). You cant go back instantly tho, but it will only matter in laning phase, but not when you try to assasinate someone, as the dely to go back is really short.

Leblanc had wave clear before with WR combo. She trades off her extremely fast burst for damage that is a bit slower but higher. She was already killing squishies no problem before, but now she has to wait to do it. In a late game team fight when everyone is grouped up, I don't see her kit being that effective at bursting a squishy carry and staying alive. The changes overall look like a bit of a nerf hidden behind a flashy new ult.

LeBlanc's Mimic doesn't do damage and it doesn't proc any of her spell's effects, so the 3 chains thing is not really possible. The second part of her ult is basically a global clone to trick or spook people (literally anywhere on the map). And her dash speed got reverted back to pre-nerf values so its faster than live, but there's a 0.3 sec delay to jump back now.

I'm kinda sad because the burst is slower but when you think about the multiple of combos you can do to proc it seems alright, and a lot of sustain and catch potential as the clone finds the nearest enemy. as long as her ult is somewhat the same I'm fine with it, my main will never be the same

leblanc will snowball harder now with these changes IMO. they just made lb's low waveclear into somewhat of a good waveclear if done right. you can just literally chunk your enemy by putting 2 - 3 points into your E before maxing W for high kill pressure. But i think W max is still better.

i have a request on leblanc's skill's and outfit and skill effects... as she says, "the black rose shall bloom once more" meaning she's a member of it, hope her skills effect and outfit cope to it...and on her ult mimic hope ,her mimic version can acquire atleast half of her stats so it can stand long enough, and the mimic can be controll, what i want to happen is hope leblanc can able swift positions on her mimic, making it more tricky to enemies and making a player to have more chance of escaping ,juking or tricking an enemy, but either the original or the mimic ,both of them can only cast a skill once...

Ok i'm a little confused here. When LeBlanc mimics her chains, it shows her casting two sets of chains.. One from her and one from her clone.. Isn't it possible to cast yet ANOTHER chain from your normal set of skills.....? So 3 chains..? That's quite a bit of damage/control.
