If you restart the client it fixes the game. They have a notice about it on the official Hearthstone forums. Basically Titans and choose one cards break the game if they are mulliganed away at the start of the game and then played at a later time. Also they break the game if they are discovered from a spell such as Creation Protocol. So restarting the game after mulligan or after you discover Aman'thul will resolve the problem. The restart can happen at any time so it's easiest to restart after you finish your turn while your opponent is playing. Of course the real fix would be for Blizzard to hire back all of the programmers and QA people they fired after the Microsoft acquisition, but I doubt they want to do that.

Correction, you are able to use Core cards in Twist. There's several Classic set Rogue cards in the Core set I don't own myself yet I'm able to use the Core versions in Twist

What bothers me regarding the state of the game is the performance. Recently the game can just crash for playing a simple card, even when a match have just started. I can’t recall that this has ever happened before. BGs also have similar issues.

@@gavsterdb its something like purgatory in digital space, imagine youre stuck doin something to get out but, theres thousand more people doin the same and since you all tryin at the same moment, no result can be achieved, elo hell is place where is high number of participants and if skilled, its even worse experience for anyone, you cant do anything and youre stuck with them. some form of matchmaking defines your elo, like diamond 3 in this case which is filled by good decks and none of them can make it further then two wins because theres counter deck and then setback begins.

Grunt Hunter has been an easy climb to legend for me. Made a few changes to the popular deck like removing punch Card, Catch of the Day, fishing rod, and overplanner. In their place I added two rangari scouts, two ice traps, and an extra sneaky snake. It’s also BY FAR the cheapest viable deck, it’s the only reason I play it I do feel dirty everytime I combo someone lol

The Great Dark Beyond gives me hope for the future of Hearthstone. The lowered power level is hopefully a return to sanity. If the game devs continue in this pattern, the game should return to it's roots as a board-based, instead of a hand-based, game. It may take a rotation or two to clear out the overpowered older cards, but I'm willing to be patient if the devs continue in this trend.

I quit playing a couple of years ago because of the ridiculousness. Came back recently and found that much has changed, and am cautiously optimistic that they've made it playable again. I'm actually a bit shocked at how much board play there is in my games now.

I'm a new Hearthstone player and because HS is one of the only games I can play, I feel like I can't be a part of the community because I actually like the game, and the constant hate for it is disheartening. Would be nice to read some things that aren't just pure unadulterated hate.

3 paladins deck in tier 1. Reno pal is tier 1, 4 Reno decks in tier 2, try to scam games with Reno deck, it would be easy since Reno decks don't need skill or even brain to play the cards.

Great video. I liked this format a lot. Keep up the good work guys! In regards to this expansion (with me being a big Paladin fan), I don't like how hard they pushed Librams. It's like the only deck archetype that is worth playing in low variations. I've been playing every other class but Paladin because of how lame it is. Hopefully the mini-set will correct this, but I don't have faith in the devs like I used to.
