Ya, that popup gun seems like a better freeze gun (while obv not as long, you need just one shot out of a 25 ammo, fully automatic that to stop an opponent then you can keep firing to stack it on longer vs the freeze gun, or you can fast switch to immediatly lay into someone... extra damage points for close up shotguns). I see its using the UMP model so I kinda hope it isn't like some of the shop items that can pick up ammo like regular weapons (prototype UMP, Dual Elites, few others that I am forgetting)

“Today, we’re cooking bullets.” So, storytime: I have a friend who’s dad *actually* did that. Or rather, he’d been making homemake gunpowder for whatever reason, and had the oh-so-bright idea that to dry it out a little, he’d put it in the microwave. Needless to say, there was an rather abrupt explosion in their kitchen - *right* as my friend was stepping into it. The microwave door literally flew across the room, striking the wall within inches of his head; if he’d been just a bit sooner getting into the kitchen, he probably wouldve died. Also, being made of plastic part of it melted/fused to the wall right next to his head. The damaged part of the wall was there for years, they basically had to put in filler and paint over it.
