Back in the platinum days there where no XP candies and having all 493 Pokémon at 100 is a freaking stupid thing to do, but i did it. Maxed the clock of course and it was hell of a grind. Never gonna do it again without xp candies...

Here's a support Clodsire build in order to power up Slowbro with Helping Hand and lower Greninja's attack and Sp.Def with Chilling Water and Acid spray. The Covert Cloak really helps alot because you won't have to worry about the secondary effects of Greninja's moves. Feel free to add any suggestions. I have two Switches and both versions, so I will probably be using this with the "infinite raids" trick to farm it even faster. I've also found that with the trick where you reset on the host each time ("infinite raids"), the rewards will always be the same on the additional members, so theoretically, if you get one that you know yields an ability patch, you can repeatedly farm that one to get a guaranteed patch every time.

The idea to farm the 7-Star Greninja Raids coupled with the Lvl 2 Raid Power sandwich is merely an updated version of the same farming technique used during the previous 7-Star Charizard Raids! The technique didn't work very well for the Cinderace Raids because of just how difficult it was to consecutively beat Cinderace solo. Greninja CAN be beaten consecutively, thus the farming technique is more successful.

personally i use chilling water on vaporeon on the first three turns and then use the same strategy with the acid armor spams and calm mind spams (full stack acid armor and calm mind oneshots) haven't died so far and i barely use heal cheer

I love this! I did it with Cinderace for 2 weeks and it allowed me to lvl a lot of my mons to 100. So happy I get to do it again bc I have mons that are waiting to reach 100. 💖 Edit: your sandwich making voice is hilarious! 😂

@@crowned2637 you can change your system's clock back 1 minute. So if it's 6:30, change it to 6:29. When changing the time, do not close your game, the raids will auto respawn. Good luck and have fun!

Buffs will remain EVEN if the sandwich runs out mid fight, it only matter once you START the raid, so don´t worry.

Slack off slowbro is actually rather easy and was my cinderace destroyer then. Here is the turn order I use: Iron Defense x2 Slack off if needed Nasty plot x2 Repeat slack off step Nuke with stored power (Tera psychic is optional but effective) Revusion for geeninja: Iron Defense (twice if not sure you'd survive) Nasty plot (if you want to get damage off solo if in online raids slack off to keep from off setting your team) Reset from greninja. Iron defense x3 Nasty plot x3 Stored power to break shield Stored power after shield drop to win. (psychic Tera is optional but if desire to overkill stroked take it) This is my start and its proven. You should have no need to have leftovers when greninja will not use gunk shot. So far I haven't seen it use it on slowbro. Only hydro pump of night slash. The item for slack off slowbro is either expert belt or best case scenario (proven last night) a mirror herb to copy the first double team. This will make you a bit harder to hit before he removes it. Happy raiding.

@@moonbreadt it might be but I've seen my results with an expert belt for added stab. Evs is special attack as well obviously but eh. Once iron defense is up you're not going out from night slash unless the AI decides to steamroller with constant damage so to me leftovers is a touch overkill.

There are times the game will have an error, kick you out and you will lose this raid and can't get it back. It happened to me with Cinderace.
