Small correction, you CAN cast plop plop mid-air, you have to press 2 and left click BEFORE you hit the ground, it's a small window but doable. She does the same diving animation but in the air.

Like he said a perfect Valby using supply moisture you’ll want to build into skill crit and skill crit dmg. Python you’ll build into mainly weak point and crit will be built in last since its low on python but supply moisture makes the crit viable for it. You mainly use python for its perk bc it has a 2x multiplier on decreasing non attribute resistance on weak point hit so your skills go crazy

It’s a bitch def farm the outposts in Hagios - Corrupted Zone and Fortress - Frozen Valley. The elites have a chance to drop same loot as the void reactor bosses, but significantly easier to rinse and repeat. I got mine on like 5th try at Corrupted Zone Outpost

damn, i got it within 15 minutes of farming. I did the fire void missions with blair, then i went to fortress and did the void reactor there on normal mode. 2.2% each time and can blow through the boss in 2mins.

This build will carry you through all hard mode bosses. I've been on this build since day 3. Once you max thunder cage and craft the extra 4 copies there is nothing that will challenge you. She farms everything easily.

Valby needs 2 things to become perfect: 1. Quick cast for plop plop 2. Being able to cancel clean up by jumping. Its a very strong character but its clunky af.

ran into some Valbys last week doing some farming. two of their abilities stack the DoT so they kill fast while covering the entire ground. Obv they are better in smaller farm areas/caves compared to Bunny who can cover a lot of ground

My Valby is doing CRAZY damage, while having over 22k HP. My bullet bubble even did a 789k single hit damage after bouncing a lot. My average damage on pools is like 101k on crit tick and 89k regular damage tick. She is so fun, I really hope they don't nerf her cause I'm going through my 4th reset and that would suck

Rolling skill crit on the reactor is only for if you're building around Supply Moisture. Otherwise her skill crit stats are abysmally low and it's more worthwhile rolling for cooldown, duration, non-attribute, or dimension

Should consider the Perforator and Assassin's Edge weapons for this. They won't have amazing range cause hand cannon fall off is pretty bad, but they have major crit/stat proc's and can probably utilize the yellow mods that give any weapon AOE from killing something afflicted. Also I believe there is a ultimate LMG that gives dmg when shooting something on fire, this with that could be more amazing than the tamer.

Her firearm crit chance is 1000000000000% not flat, there's a guy who made excel spredsheet and it sometimes boost it multiplicatly (Tamer for example 3x !!!) so you need to check that again :)

Valby is fun (I have a few catalysts on mine paired with a fully kitted thunder cage with lightning damage/enhance damage, since she debuffs lightning too. Love her but it’s very very clunky on ps5. I may fully invest in an ultimate Valby with python and run skill crit chance/crit damage / skill dmg mods once it releases. Her skills will all basically be at 100% crit plus the extra skill dmg from mods and python. I still haven’t gotten water play :/

Try Arche Acceleration mod as the range mod, also increases skill speed which does make things feel a bit smoother, definitely something I hope they improve with patches over the coming weeks, it’s not just Valby, controls just need some fine-tuning esp on controller

Supply Moisture only works from the moment you are on top of the water and then cast a skill, so if you use Clean Up outside the water and then stay in the water, the skill will not receive the critical buff. The mod only counts when you are in the water and then casts the skill

Her passive highlights the moment you use Clean Up; she's counted as being on water while in her water form. She can solo farm Ambush in about 30-35 seconds by starting with that skill, drawing a circle, then flooding the center of the area. The enemies that spawn in will die instantly via crits. Now, I could be wrong and just got lucky for the past 3 days with a base crit rate of 15%. But as soon as I enter her 3, I have 70% crit and her passive is highlighted.

I have a 3 Star Python and you can effectively and efficiently gave a 80% up time in boss fights. I use supply moisture w python or my main is Freyna which allows my room 0 ticking at 60k and criting around 100 -125k Also im working on an enzo build with python maximizing the uptime on his 4 to see if that buff is applied to final damage w prey, or initial damage, not sure how to calculate that

i use the 4 then i telport into a group with the 2 bc before you actually teleport to the area the enemies already get afflicted with laundry. so you basically already have them in the bubble before you fully teleport

I'd argue Valby may be quicker than Bunny since Valby can flow through enemies AND other players and Bunny gets hung up on almost everything. Especially in small rooms.

so im one of the deranged peeps thats grinded out maxing miss valby, cause i love her, even tho her ulti is coming out. for those curious, 9 catalysts, BUT: supply moisture, hp, nimble fingers, focus on non-attribute, skill insight, skill concentration, shock punch, spear and shield, focus on dimension, time distribution, def, and front lines. i personally dont like duration on her bc i find the glide lasting too long feels even more clunky with how i weave other types of movement in and out of her combos, so i prefer cooldown. as a sidenote, she is prob currently the only descendant that doesnt get hard locked in some dungeons if you do the no grapple challenge bc of her dive. you can also skip a lot of laser traps with it. if you dont want to invest fully into crit, then i could see MP accelerant or MP collector being a nice slot in for front lines as quality of life for the RNGness of mana orb drops. mods i am curious about but havent done anything with: technique manual, decimator, and preemptive strike. im mostly curious if they would even benefit her DoT at all. maybe when ulti comes out ill test them, as regular valby is pretty much all in on the crit thing obviously. anywho, i was wondering your take on valby, so this was lovely. i share your love of movement builds (shout out driver amara) so im happy to see we share the same fav here as well. gl on the grind folks!
