You gave the height to the front from the deck of the boat to the top it has to be within 18 inches then you measured the back but you never did tell the specs of what the appropriate limit of height is from the driver seat ? on that but thank you for making me aware of this I’ll have to look it up myself

I run a single Lowrance HDS Pro 16 on the console on my Ranger z520. It is 26.25" from the seat. So I am going to need to unmount my Precision Sonar plate in the dash and take it to a machine shop to have 8 holes drilled and tapped that are 1.5" below the existing holes to get me under the 25" rule.

Actually once you modify the boat that would be considered a modification and they could get you for that that is a modification from the manufacturer you are not able to do the spacer because of you have modified the original design of the vessel number two I wish they would make all of you that do the tournaments now that you must be a captain so that that way you know the exact rules instead of having to be told and you actually know what you're doing because I can guarantee 99.9% of you do not and yes I used to do the BFL and the BASS and I used to do all the tournaments in the state of Michigan and down in the Triton owners tournament I feel that everyone that does tournaments must be a captain no ifs ands or buts and if you do not have a captain's license you're not allowed to be in the tournaments
