10:10 when you change the panels, make sure you uncheck the top box that says “override custom panels” that’s why they’re always changing

9:45 if you want to permanently change your Home page Panels, you need to click the box at the top that says "Automatically Override Custom Panels" and make sure it is Deselected. Otherwise the game will override your custom layout.

It would be interesting to see how your former teams are doing after you've been gone for a while. Like in 5 seasons, would Tamworth still be in league one or two, or would they have dropped back down to national league north? Would truly show the effect your management has had on them

Kev it might be resetting your setup on the screen you like setup a certain way, in the dropdown the "automatically override custom panels" is ticked, that might be an issue

The job interview process can get really tiring in FM24 I've found! I had multiple interviews for other jobs whilst at my starting club, Dumbarton, who I took from League 2 in Scotland to the Premiership in consecutive seasons, and then finished 5th. Wasn't until near the end of season 5 there that I got finally snapped up by another club! But I'd had interviews for Hearts, Hibs, Watford, Middlesborough, Nottingham Forest, and finally took over Aston Villa.

Kev an idea I had about the alien invasion bug is maybe it is refresh rate related. I had a problem with FM before that my Nvidia GPU and my monitor support G-Sync so I‘m running everything with it turned on, but FM seems to have a problem with that and sometimes my menus in the home screen start flickering wildly. The solution to that was to go to the Nvidia control panel and disable G-Sync for FM only. It may be a wild shot but the alien invasion reminds me just a tiny bit of my flickering issue.

To stop the cursor size increasing when you move it around lots go to accessibility, display, pointer and uncheck shake mouse pointer to locate.

I use SAS 24 skin, its incredible, you get so much more informations and details in the panels, and you get to hold an ipad on the sideline when playing games!

Always worth looking at what the club you're interviewing for are spending on wages before the interview… if they're offering you 1m wage budget but spending 1.2m, you will have no money to sign anyone when you take over

Second Yellow Card has a super skin. On whether you should go. This a journeyman save. Of course you should go to Birmingham. However, you will make Burton a success if you stay. Then you will be offered an overseas job

Your screen keeps changing on the home page because it's set that way - Automatically Override Custom Panels - untick that in the dropdown and it'll stay the way you set it going forward
