Right? I always forget about the fact that my roots will have heat that the swatches don't from my scalp so the results should hopefully be spot on. 🙃 I meant to ask you what your experiences were personally with olaplex 3? P.s. oh my gosh it lifted my spirits so much to see that orange comment pop up, all the loves dear friend!😁

@@janedoe381 oh ya I forgot about the heat too, it'll work wonders. As for olaplex 3, using it by itself is great but unless you use it twice a week by itself you'll see little hair health early on. Tbf I usually combine parts 0 and 3 on my head before shampoo and then use a few other parts in the shower and to blow dry. That all worked to keep color in my hair (my hair was so damaged and dead at the time that color was falling out of it). It took until growing it fully out for my hair to look better. I will say that if part 3 is all you have or can afford it's better than not doing anything imo. But because you'll be using 7 volume your hair should grow to be less damage every time you do the roots, once you begin doing it for a long time you'll see a lot more hair health. Sometimes we use too high of a developer without knowing it, even people who were trained! Hope that helped. Oh I've missed this!♡ I did order more 3 just couldn't decide of I really needed the zero but was also scared out might not be the right fit so we shall see, to many horror stories online. Thought our hair types might be similar. I'm thinking if it makes it I'm doing an in salon haircut in January, for now bangs myself, I can tell from how thin some of it is where I went to hard with the bleach, I remember the green hair, I bleached thise twice in one week, so you are soooooooo right! Can't wait to see the end of the years accomplishments and failures on my hair health and to start the new years hair journey! In so truly happy you felt up to commenting! Hugs!

@@janedoe381 honestly part 0 never made my hair worse, and you get a lot for the same price as the other ones. As far as negative experiences it only helped my hair and I think a lot of people who have negative experiences either had allergies to it, were using it too frequently on healthy hair and scalps, or they may have just attributed it to olaplex when (it can also be an issue with how oily olaplex can be at times if done too often). But I was told to do all that from my hairdresser so idk. There are horror stories of everything online, not everyone is the same person so you have to kinda find what works for you! I'm excited to see the new bangs and haircut in January. Bleach can be so damaging to the hair, it's up there near perm solution (maybe a little weaker). I'm excited to see how 7 volume long term will help your hair growth and health. It's only through taking good care of the hair long term do we see hair growth be back to normal. The longer we use the healthy stuff and the more we cut off the healthier our new hair will be and the easier it will be to keep the hair in a healthy way (or as health as one can get bleached hair). I'm glad you felt healthy enough to respond, I always enjoy conversing with you 🥰🥰❤️

I'm so glad it helped in some way but NOT glad you're not feeling well! Tomato soup and grilled cheese was always my cure all in child good, now there's a chicken cabbage soup that does the trick and has lots of antioxidants (I'm not supposed to eat cabbage though, sorry watching to many cooking shows today) 😋 I deal with my health problems daily, but give me a cold or flu good luck! I tried their new Advanced Neutralization one last week for doing my roots and it turned gooey after applying. It caused a lot of overlap and breakage so I returned it. I used the old formula many times before and I liked it a lot so it was really disappointing. I considered getting the Precision one you used here but I'm going to take a break from BlondMe for now and try out the Bondbar lightener because I'm mad about it 😆 Really looking forward to seeing how bleaching your roots goes!

I'll admit I'm still nervous to use this one 😬 😅 because swatches are not my hair, and my hair is damaged 💔 This is the 9 lift advanced with 7 vol. Hi, Jane. I ve use the 9 lift, but have no idea that it was a new formula, though that was only a change in the packaging, i always use it plus olaplex #1, when i used it alone i had a lot of breakage, but blond me always do the job pretty well.

I've tried adding b3 before even though it says it already has bondors in it (which it really did leave my hair better feeling than any other bleach I've used) but I've also still had breakage before as well so maybe I'll try that sometime instead :) I can tell it needs more care because I redo my roots so often, I really appreciate this!!! So helpful!!!!!! You're amazing!!!!

@@janedoe381 Thanks, Jane. When I used the blond me alone, I lost a lot of hair. What happened was the first month that I use the olaplex I still losing hair, in the second month I noticed that I did not have breakage as before, and what I am doing now is to leave the root a little bit yellow- orange in order to this section resist the next bleach. Now I am letting growing my hair. But also I only bleach it, not dye. This bleach leave a nice color even the orange, and it easy tone it with a purple mask. I doing it with 20 vol, but I’ll try the 7 vol.
