Hi Silent and community, I have a long running bedrock world that I recently played in the winter drop beta. since the beta has closed I have been unable to connect to the world as "a newer version of the game has saved this world. it cannot be loaded". 6:53 Finally, Pufferfish is no longer the only way to get Nausea in this game (still would be cool if there was a type of arrow or something that could inflict it for PvP, also maybe having it affect controls and mob behavior so that it's not just a cosmetic effect) It's nice that they added more of a reason to interact with the creaking, perhaps resin could get more uses in the future

Renewable Creaking Hearts!!! This is exactly what I was hoping for. My only other request would be for the Creaking Heart to always be active in the End and the Nether for variation in the types of minigames we can create

Really strikes me as a missed opportunity that they didn't have this ready for a Halloween drop, or put it off until next Halloween; *everything* about this screams Halloween, from the gloomy forest to the sudden loss of sunlight on entry to the weeping angel of woody death itself. Fantastically creepy update with some great building materials and mechanics being added that will entice players to dive in. At least I know I will, the pale wood and resin blocks are gorgeous

Okay, the Eyeblooms make sense NOT glowing, because it would mess with the mechanics of the area (the biome is meant to be dark at night, and having this flower glow would _immediately_ give away that it's not actually a Creaking's eye).

This again.. You forget that the fireflies were NOT supposed to poison the frogs in the game as Mojang presented them. That was the issue. Do you see how that's not the same thing? The eye blossoms are clearly not harmless to bees. Cookies are clearly not harmless to parrots. There's no confusion about it as there is no confusion about what happens to a rabbit if you use a sword on it. You can argue that the fireflies should have been added and hurt the frogs, or that the fireflies could have been added as an atmospheric effect only. The former would be really idiotic and I leave it to you to figure out why. The latter I'd agree with, but I also know that a loud section of the player base would scream "useless feature!" if the fireflies did nothing but look neat.

@@nisseheim4996 This again.. cookies are not "clearly not harmless" to parrots. I only learned they can't have chocolate THROUGH Minecraft. Just like how I didn't know fireflies were dangerous to frogs until this drama. If the feature was added, it would actually bring more light to the fact that people shouldn't feed fireflies to frogs. Guess what? People keep frogs as pets. It's not common knowledge, and I'm sure some kids have given fireflies to frogs before. The POINT is, just because of one mistake, a feature which was well received and looked forward to by many (yes AS atmospheric ambiance mainly) was scrapped, instead of just removing the interaction between fireflies and frogs.

Theory: the creaking and allay are used by the evokers to make totems of undying. Both mobs are nearly unkillable by normal means, the woodland mansion spawns in dark forests which spawn near pale gardens, and resin which is used to create the creaking heart is in woodland mansions. It would explain why the vex exists. They’re allays drained of their magical properties.

And they could only use the pale garden flower without getting poisoned(reverse of the regualr bee) and they would make some new kind of honey? And they only fly at night and are aggressive so the trick would be to go during the day and silk touch the nests or surround them so you didnt have to fight them at night when youre looking for the creaking

I ended up copying the pale oak and heart feature into an add-on folder and changed the search from a 1x1 column to a 2x2 column so the entire width of the pale oak trunk gets searched for suitable creaking heart placement. Went from 5 creaking hearts to 50 in a large pale garden. It's actually too hard now because I get a dozen or more creakings following me around at night, lol.

You'll need to lure a creaking into the trident killer each night, as they will die during the day. Maybe to fully AFK the farm you could control where the creaking can spawn, and put the hole to the trident killer (with open trapdoors on top of it) between the AFK spot and the spawning area.

This is super awesome, love when they add surprises with the mechanichs shown before. The flowers are super cool, it's finally a garden. I don't like orange so I'm not super excited about the new blocks but the textures are really good, the whole resin mechanic is super insteresting and the fact that it ca be placed anywhere will make it an amazing decoration. Overal really good surprises, I'm looking forward to the update :3

Could you please check how raids work in the latest version of Minecraft Bedrock from Aternos? I've been waiting for a while for an update to fix this bug. I'm playing on hard.Still, the raid doesn't spawn and I've already lost over 64 level 5 bottles. Everything is fine. It's literally a platform in the middle of the water with a villager locked in. It has a bed and a workbench. It doesn't make sense that with so much space, it ends up being cancelled.

I have a bright idea, or should I say pale idea, what if any flowers/plants that are placed in the biome turn into a pale viriant. Which becomes its own item and can only be growing in the biome. Excited for the additions but I’m a little put off by the resin block color. It just doesn’t look right with the rest of Minecraft’s color palette to me. I do like the use of tree resin as a new crafting item; very sticky idea!

minecraft doesn't have a deseignated color palette. the resin means we have more *different* oranges to work with in our builds. we also need different purples and greens, as there's very few variety of shades of those colors in the blocks we have now. if they only added blocks that fit some kinda color palette, we would stop getting diversity in what we can build. that's exactly why them adding endless gray blocks is so annoying, because every time there's a new one, it's just the same as the dozens of others we have, just ever so slightly different.

Is anybody having issues with the nether not loading quickly? I tried to submit a bug report but it wont let me. it takes a full minute or more before the nether loads and when you are in, the chunks take forever to load as well
