My local BMW dealership doesn't get any M cars. Once and a while they'll get a used E92 M3 but that's it. They claimed to have done maintenance on an I8 but have never sold one.

House. Always. When you have a house, you have a great deal of security. I got laid off a couple years ago, and I could still live off comfortably off my unemployment benefits since my house was paid off. If I had to pay a mortgage, I would've lost the house, possibly end up living with a friend. But if you got the money in full to buy a house do it.
