New BMW iX1 xDrive30 2023 Test Drive POV

I drive the iX1 for 2 months now and absolutely love it. Did in wintertime around 18-21 kW/100km, today was 16° and the consumption dropt from 18 to 16kW/100km. Very impressed with the effectiveness of the whole system. Why didn't you try the boost pedal ? (Or did i miss that ?) fenomenal acceleration.

Hello, I've been driving the iX1 for a month and I'm a little surprised by 2 misses. No gesture control but I see the senzor and the other I don't know what is, but when you make a turn, driving seat give you pressure from the opposite side. Just keep you comfortable in the turn. I hope there is options to unlock this extras

Can you compare it with 23d that you drove. I like long drive and IX1 coudl be problem with charging.

Uros ev version is more silent and pleasant to drive …. Diesel is more practical but also more expensive in time to drive

Just ordered the iX1 over the Volvo XC40 Recharge and the Model Y. I got a good price from BMW and I trust more the repair network and history of BMW than Tesla for the moment (that may change in a couple of years maybe). I got more cherry picking of the options as well compared to the Model Y. And I still don't like the Tesla's approach of the vision system versus the proximity sensor.
