Deciding between 30d and M40d...worried about the 21" run flat ride quality vs the 20" non run flat in the 30d...how do you find the 21" impact the ride/Road noise?

@@chrisgibson7618 I can't say exactly. It depends on your experience. Please do test drive before purchase. 21 is quite okay for me in Korean roads. Not so hard. M40i's noise reduction is very impressive. Main noise is not from road, tires or engine, but through window glass when it goes over 140km/h. Main problem for me is the seats. They are not enough to hold me tight when I drive curvy road fast. Now I envy M sports seats. :)

Agreed on everything but especially infotainment. There's two brands that have best infotainment (design of menu, camera resolution, etc) and that is Audi and BMW. This x3 m40i is true to bmw dna, "ultimate driving experience "

Thanks for the Review. I have had the BMW X3 M40I 2022 on order since April 2021in UK. BMW will not deliver to UK till May 2022, a 14 month wait! They have removed rear heated seats, wireless phone charging and other items i will not list here on UK models. BMW refuse to put any tyre other than summer tyres from new on delivery to UK, yet in Switzerland, even California USA, you can request all season or winter tyres. Another German brand who 'F _ _ k' over British customers. In America, this model has been available to purchase since May 2021, Europe November 2021, UK!!!??? When i alluded to these issues for UK market to IAG BMW, I was told i was stupid and did not understand the Auto industry and the micro chip problem, while they refused to state reasons of why they made the decisions they have for UK market. Just another auto manufacturer that now 'never' speaks honestly to its customers, even customers that have been with them for over 25 years, or answer customers questions. Product is good, but customer interaction, from BMW and BMW UK Dealerships are now extremely poor. If you can except the very poor customer service, you get a good vehicle. But, I would highly recommend to go else where (other manufacturers) from personal experiences, sadly.
