Just a little advice for anyone doing a bbl please have two stage 1 stages so that you can have a clean faja always to avoid infection etc. Also salty foods makes you swell more. I’ve done this shit twice so I know what I’m talking about lol

Salty foods are recommended if your blood pressure drops. It’s meant to be eaten in an emergency situation like for example if a diabetic’s sugar drops give them something sweet to help regulate it. That’s what the nurse was saying. She knows what she’s talking about otherwise she wouldn’t have said it. 🤷🏽‍♀️
