I’m with you: I don’t normally like horror or sinister coloring books, but in Kerby’s style, it works! There are a few pages I will shy away from, but the majority catch my eye. I’m so happy I’ve preordered it!

After seeing this I want to color this book more than his others!! I love this book! He keeps to the darker ones that are out there. I cannot wait to see what he does for a "light" side in the future! So glad I pre-ordered because I love this style and theme in coloring. Thank you!

Many fairy tales come from Europe and were much more gruesome than our Disney-ized versions. The book is gorgeous, and thank you for your flip-through & comments.

I greatly admire Kerby's talent but I'm not a fan of this particular one. I am, however, looking forward to seeing what you do with these pages because I'm sure they will be beautiful!

Thank you much for sharing this. Am not a horror fan , although I love this. I did have a bit of an epiphany while watching this... We have the power to create less gruesome by the colors we choose to use. Am inspired to buy the book and challenge myself. Appreciate your channel

I love some of the illustrations, my favourite being Cinderella double spread page, stunning. Im on the fence to buy it though as for me personally the gruesome side spoils it. The twist on the tales is a great idea, Pinocchio pulling the strings page, brilliant. Thank you for sharing 👍

Kerby is an amazing artist and in this book he has gone beyond amazing! However, I will not be buying it as I will never color in it. The gruesome take on fairy tales is too much for me, and not an uncommon reaction for me to a lot in his other books. I do appreciate his talent though! And, I do own a couple of his books and want to color a few in them, but haven't tackled any yet. An excellent flip through and thank you so much for it!!

I have pre-ordered the book. 😍I have Fragile World and Mythic World. His drawing style is incredible. I didn't really like the new book by Melpomeni and Mythographic Fantasy Forest. But with this book, I love every page. It has variety, nothing is repetitive and he managed to totally surprise me with some pages. 🙂 I've never colored anything like this before, so I'm really excited and scared.😆 The book will probably lie uncolored for a few months, until I dare to color a page. 😂But I will certainly pick it up countless times and admire his illustrations.😄

I too do not like horror books and I didn’t get Alien Worlds though I color in many of his other books. This latest is just phenomenal!! So sad that I have to wait over two months to get it ! I’m in the USA but have preordered the stitch bound superior UK version so I’ll get mine a bit later

I actually really wanted to get this book because I absolutely love his artwork and I also love the theme of the book and all the illustrations in it but I really don't enjoy coloring double spreads at all and I'm really unsure if I should get it now.

some fairytales are perhaps not sinister but in an old fashioned way realistic as they where meant to be ,to scare people

I got alien worlds, tried it but do not like it. I colored one page in mythic world and it just sits there. I prefer his gorgeous animal books. This is just too gruesome for me.

Love most of Kerbys artwork because of the fine details, however im not a fan of horror pics so I will take a pass on this book but look forward to seeing your beautiful coloring on some of these pages 😊 thank you for detailed flip through

Kirbys's art work is amazing, but the theme does not appeal to me

Why do I feel like it was drawn by an artificial intelligence? There are a lot of chaotic and illogical lines, and the shading is also different from the quality I'm used to from Kerby. The pictures are nice, but unfortunately the execution really reminds me of AI, so I'm going to miss this book.
