The real reason why russia's color is green, it's that in Hearts Of Iron 4 russia is represented as green, it's just that russia's color is a bit of an olive green.

thats a great update by hyperant, now you need certain cities which is much better than countries. i thought before that aoc2 had better formables coz the borders were more accurate, but now its a tie between these games.

But the problem is I don’t think you can peace an AI country to just annex some territories, you’d need to conquer the entire country then to only take some lands forcibly, might as well annex the entire country then

People might disagree, but the "you need to have certain cities from another country to form" doesn't solve the issue of having to invade the entire country at all, you still need to invade it fully in order to collapse it and annex, and once you got all of it, why would you want only the cities needed? Might aswell annex the entire country, if anything this just made it harder to form formables, what would fix this issue is being able to make your own annex casus belli, like if you want to only take a few cities from a country, just select them in the casus belli, and once you have them under your control during the war, you can force peace since you successfully captured all the cities that was listed in your casus belli, but you won't be able to take any treasury or resources because you need the entire country for that.

Ya'll missed the idea, if a country has the cities you need, you need to invade the entire country in order to be able to annex these cities, but why would you want "cleaner borders" if you have the entire country that had it in the first place? Why give up all the manpower and money gain from the country? Might aswell annex all of it, it's pointless, and in my opinion, a bad update

Hey, i know u wont read this comment, but i have a problem when it comes to rise of nations, my problem is when i enter the server select screen it goes for 70 ping for me, but when i enter the main game the ping levels up to 600 and it doesn't go down, this doesnt happen to me in any other roblox game and i live in Spain, idk if that has something to see with my lag but i added it bc maybe its a server problem. I wait a response.
