Hi Brinsae people, I've noticed that many U.S. Hatcheries are now carrying and offering your incubators through their supply catalogs and websites. Looking forward to seeing more of them in action and can't wait to try them out. I've written to your company several times in the past with no replies. I give lots of public presentations about chickens each year and it would have been nice to have my specific questions answered. Wishing you well, the systems look nice and I like the clear tops etc...

Greetings from the other side of the pond! Just wanted to say thank you for making a outstanding product. i have your octagon 20 eco and am on my 41st hatching as of this morning. I have hatched chicken, ducks and Geese in it and have never had a hatch rate lower then 90% with most hatchings at 100%. I am eyeballing your new products and i am a true believer in them. Being a small poultry hobbyist, its nice to not have to pay $1000.00s for a quality product. Keep up the quality and innovation!

Very anxious to see more videos on this incubator, nice to see this video come out, I've been on the fence on getting a Ovation EX for the last day or so. Sure looking forward to your next video on this incubator, especially excited to hear details about the humidity pump. Word is from one of the distributors that it's now internal, not a attachable feature. I have to say your product line keeps improving! Definitely better than styrofoam! I like the Ovation! It deserves one! The octagon is interesting, but I theoretically prefer (dont own both types) the Ovation because the turners move much less plastic, so I would think the motor would last much longer. All are very attractive designs and the key selling point for me is the reliability of the electronics, and therefore, the better chance of more chicks hatching. I believe I'm your target market for this product. Small scale backyard chicken farmer with little experience, but many hours of comparing incubators and the pro's and cons of each brand and type. I'm looking for something reliable that would hold its re-sale value, if I decide I've had enough egg-hatching. I think I've found what I'm looking for in your products, thanks! I didnt realize the Ovation is a brand new product! Tried to find it on eBay, NOT THERE!

I would be interested to see a video of chicks hatching in this incubator. I am a little concerned about the possibility of them getting caught up in the turning trays and being injured. I need to see in action before making a purchase.

Hello, there are lots of videos showing hatching in different Brinsea incubators on KZbin, hopefully one of those will help. You turn the turning off and take the turning trays out before hatching, so there is no danger of chicks being harmed.
