Geto was a special grade sorcerer when he belonged to the academy, currently he is not (aside from the fact that he is not a geto) No evil sorcerer has rank, even if he possesses equivalent power. Uraume also has a level equivalent to a special grade and other sorcerers that you will see later. While curses are quickly given a rank to measure their power, sorcerers are examined and it is a qualification represented on their sorcerer card. Currently there are only three special rank sorcerers, which are Yuta, Gojo and Yuki.

You have to remember ,the Kamo you're talking about is NOT the brain guy, kamo who was probably the leader of the kamo clan got his body snatched by brain-kun, as fake geto said , he has had many names other than kamo and geto. The kamo version of brain-kun is choso's father, Choso is related yuji by blood, which means that yuji is related to one of brain-kun's bodies.

His own cursed technique is body possession, via replacing the other person's brain with his. And then Kenjaku went and possessed Yuji's future mom, (named Kaori), met Jin Itadori, married him and they had Yuji. Also, we now know Kaori Itadori was also dead when Kenjaku took over. Okay so now that we know that Yuji and Choso are blood related brothers in some way, the only thing that makes sense is that this guy with forehead scar is Yuji's Father and did something similar with him just like he did to create the other blood paintings like Choso. I saw some people theorising that Yuji was "created" with the purpose of him becoming Sukuna's vessel however there's a huge hole to that theory, it's the fact that Yuji ate the finger out of his own will nobody forced him to do it, the only way that theory makes sense is if "brain guy" was going to feed Yuji the fingers at some point but Yuji ended up doing so himself by accident but even that doesn't make sense because as brain guy said earlier Sukuna was just a plan B for defeating Gojo, so why would he create a cage for Sukuna istead of just having him reincarnated on anybody else???
