I just went into contract on a blossom 1. Perfect for my small family. I will say i had to wait in line for 23 hours to secure a spot. Woodside is aware ppl have to sleep overnight and provide absolutely nothing for the ppl waiting. I wish they would do something.

Unfortunately most builders know they are the best option around right now and treat people that way. I do my best to build great relationships with the sales reps in the office to make sure our clients are well taken care of

We have seen them but all sold out, can be on the waiting list but there’s like 50+ people already on the waitlist

Yes, the waitlist theoretically is long, however with many new construction lists people get tired of waiting and buy a re-sale home and fall off the list when their name is called. Plus that is the total list waiting for all different floorplans and lots. Its always worth joining!
