Today I review a brand new 2023 Cadillac Escalade V ESV and discuss over 25+ cool, interesting, and odd features, quirks, and Easter eggs of this over $150,000 3-row supercharged V8 SUV. The Escalade V is the high performance trim of the the Escalade and produces 682 hp and 653 lb-ft of torque. It competes with the GLS 63 AMG, BMW X7 M60i, and Range Rover SV along with the less powerful Lincoln Navigator. I discuss the exterior and interior styling, quality of materials, performance, safety features, and then I take it for a test drive and show you what it feels like.

From like 2000-2020 I thought the Escalade was the nicest gm suv …but the new Denali va the normal Escalade I really like the look of the Denali better …I wish they made a Yukon Denali v version like the Escalade

The Escalade sales numbers tells if they are worth compared to German luxury SUV 's which are actually made in the US Mercedes SUV'sare made in Vance Alabama and BMW SUV's are made in Duncan ( Greenvile) South Carolina. The Cadillac Escalade has been the top selling large , Luxury SUV for 20 years straight .......yes, straight

Durango is actually considered a "midsized" SUV so not in the same category as the "full sized" Escalade. Although you are right they are both 3 rows however the Escalade is quite a bit larger

18:10 Incorrectly stated, "There's NO cheap materials on the inside (of this vehicle)". Really? Noting the excessive use of cheap flat black plastic keys on steering wheel, console, door switches & lever escutcheons just as they do on every other model, including CT5-V Blackwings. The big however is, those don't list for $150,000+. C'mon Cadillac, didn't you ever hear of stainless steel for these areas? Cheap plastics have no place in this Brand at those prices!
