New Camera Insta360 X3 Kayak Fishing Cherry Grove

This trip is to cherry grove north myrtle beach. I've gotten a new camera. Its the insta360 X3. Bare with me gonna have a leaving curve. We caught flounder and blue fish on this trip.

@@heathwatford1737 sometimes KZbin changes the video quality in peoples phone automatically. It throttles it back in the settings. I had to go in the settings and click on higher image quality to see the correct video quality. I hate a low quality video. And don’t expect others to watch low quality either!

Yea man thanks. Yea it’s on a pole up front on my gear tracks. And looks like it will work out just fine. Maybe once I get use to getting this 360 footage dialed in. I may upload a 100% 360. Where any one watching can swipe and look anywhere they would like! Yea man me and the ole lady were maybe thinking of renting a place there. But right now I believe the flounder haven’t 100% moved in yet. Fished all day and only them 2 flounder. And a few blue fish. (I didn’t put all of them in the video) Also there doing some dredging there now too. Soo I’m not sure how that’s going to mess with the flounder!

This was just through the external mic. I’ve heard you can use your air pods with the 360 camera though. I’ve not tried it yet tho.

It was a railblaza pole that went in my accessory track.

I used the (Railblaza kayak camera boom arm mount pole). From Amazon and then gotten a (Railblaza mini port kayak track mount base for rod holders) that fits in the kayak tracking to mount it on your kayak. But there’s two types of rails on kayaks. Just got to make sure it will fit on the tract on yours. I got both of them on Amazon.

im new to fishing and we're renting a house on 46th ave next week, do you have any tips on bait or what kind of fish i can catch off the deck in the back of the house?, owner said he thinks theres redfish but not sure ,also camera looks good!

Yea man you may be Abel to get some flounder I’ve not ran across any reds here yet. Not saying you won’t. But you may get lucky for some flounder, or trout. I’d use a flouro leader 15-20 pounds with a 1/8 ounce-1/4 ounce jig head. And buy you a pack of 4” Berkeley gulp swimming mullet in the pearl white color. I do know on this trip and I’m sure there still under some construction here in the area. There doing some dredging in the channels and stuff. That may or may not affect the fishing.

It’s a good camera soo far. To be honest I’ve only used it a few times. I’ve just recently got a juice box to run it several hours. For the simple fact that I can leave it pretty much one spot. And not have to keep moving the camera. Soo I’m still learning it. Using the editing software is a little different than say like imove with GoPro. Soo far it’s a really nice camera and have not ran into overheating issues as of yet. But haven’t used it in 90+ weather yet!
