Nice. I like the gesture control. There are times Smart Audio doesn't work properly for me, and I have my VTX in a way that the button is inaccessible. So, doing the hand gestures REALLY looks good. Hopefully, they make various HAM frequency VTX choices with long range power to boot.

the hawkeye firefly fortress fpv camera does this too. it doesnt change vtx settings but the camera options can be changed

Pretty good idea. Any VTXs running in the 60Ghz? Might open doors to better quality? I’m a network engineer and I recently heard about how this frequency is open to the public as well. Wireless vendors are deploying wireless bridges in 60Ghz with a fail back to 5Ghz.

Camera profiles are cool, but we are going to look even crazier doing karate in front of the camera with the googles on.😂. For me the good way to go is cam settings in osd and yes with profiles for different weather/lighting conditions.

I like the idea, BUT!!!... Most of the time I plug the battery in, and will hold the quad from the front while placing it down, so that means I'm going to be changing profiles every time I fly...

Does the motion control only get activated when waving a hand in front of it? Could it be triggered while flying? Also changing channels by hand might be cool tech but flawed in that you won't see what channel you're on unless you keep switching channels on your goggles as well - changing channels also takes quite some time. SmartAudio still reigns supreme for me. TLDR: Pretty cool toy for camera control, quite useless for VTX power and channel.

Very cool, I think they should use something like coded cards instead of your hand or at least make that an option. I just think it would have greater accuracy as well as accessibility but I’m just speaking from a user perspective and not as anyone remotely smart enough to engineer such a camera.
