Is the chili Bowl running USAC rules this year. Heard a lot of people crying that their special light weight CB car is no more

Not this year. The CB will adopt USAC chassis rules in '25. Biggest CB rule change for this year is everyone has to run the same hard compound Hoosier on the right rear.
