Where is the original Sprinter mod? The Mercedes Sprinter you showed in the video is not as you linked in the description. As far as i can understand, you linked the 2018 Sprinter, and in the video there is 2020 Sprinter.

Easy to fix, just spawn the car normally and go to car configuration then go to save & load you should see all the car configs there.

The simple reason is that if windows security doesn't recognize a file,it will automatically be stoped as a virus even if it's not.
