One starts to worry about burnout, considering the high volume of outstanding work you and Terry turn out, the obvious hours spent, and the additional non-obvious hours spent editing the excellent vlog. Point being, I recently had what we used to call in nuclear power a BFO (blinding flash of the obvious): in between your avidly awaited new posts, I’ve started going years back, to the very beginning of what you’ve been posting, to see what I’ve missed while you’re tending to the multitasking now. Overall, what I learn from the craft, integrity, and quality of what you do reminds me of Robert Pirsig’s note at the beginning of Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance: “The real cycle you’re working on is a cycle called “yourself”.” And that must be what keeps you going. It is certainly what sets White Details apart from all others.

Question Jimmy: Why aren't you using an airbrush to coat intricate wheels (as are fitted to the SVR)...? Save fingers, save time, increase quality of results! PS: I spend enough time massaging paint, I don't care to spend much more watching others do it - except for you and Kevin Brown. (Maybe you could fly him out for a video collab sometime, I'd pay for that)

Great video, Jim. Nice work from you and Terry. The Range Rover looks mega in the finished shots. 👍👍👍I hope you persuade the owner of that gorgeous Ferrari to go for the full WD, it would make for a great video. 😎 One of the directors at my place of work always had a brand new Range Rover every couple of years and he loved everything about them apart from the poor reliability. He now buys Audi as he was tired of making the return journey on a recovery truck.

Hi Jim love the videos. Quick question, I see that when you do the first stage of Devon you use tar but the bottle you use I think is gyeon iron? Is that correct? If so do you use iron as part of the tar or do you pour some tar remover into an old iron bottle? Thanks

Another great video. I hope you get to work on the Ferrari. Here in Tasmania our AAA is called Royal Automobile Club of Tasmania and they honour other organizations from other countries. And it's the driver that is covered, not the vehicle. So it doesn't matter what car you need help with they will come to you and only for 3 times for the same issue, because you should have had the issue fixed. They will only charge you there and then for 10 litres of fuel.

Best 4x4 in the would and on the flip side the worst. Land Rover must improve so much. Wow the difference before and after, but the look at the other car that was being stored was really interesting and just shows the difference between White Detailers and a body shop

Next time tell the AA that Terry is the car owner... they're not gonna DNA test him. Oh and you shouldn't use jump leads on modern cars. Slight voltage spike and ECU is toast. (Range rover manual probably warns of this?). Hope this helps.
@juancornetto82435 жыл бұрын
@Charles Taylor Fair enough, thanks for clarifying. How many people do that proceedure correctly though? And if you were unlucky and the regulator in the other car's alternator was bad... The booster pack is a better option in my opinion. Or better still a voltmeter to check whether it's the battery at fault in the first place (which seemingly it wasn't).
