Thanks for this update, super helpful! Yeah I think moving Minnie, for example, would make sense if later in a game a “better” location is played. Like a 4 cost Wall location that gives all characters there +3 willpower or something, versus the mountain which would be, for the lack of a better term, vanilla. Minnie would be 2/6 while there.

I'm wondering if we're going to see control decks with no characters, just spell books and locations. I would imagine we'll have destroy target location cards.

Question: can you move your character that is in one location back to the main board or once they are in a location they can only go from one location to another location

one more question (SORRY) if a character is at a location...did they need to be challenged & banished first or can the location be challenged first? if locations can get challenged first, when defeated what happens to the characters at that location?@@TheForbiddenMountain

The characters just hang out, they arent banished with the location or move to other locations they are just "in play"..the characters dont protect the location from being challenged or vice versa (naturally, there may be cards that do this we dont know)

The location mechanic feels similar to the 'site' cards from the OLD Star Wars CCG. They would generate Force each turn that helped you play cards from hand. Obviously, the difference is that these generate Lore.

@TheForbiddenMountain Hey, the fact that you knew what I was talking about is mind-boggling to me. I am happy not to be alone in my knowledge of that game. But also.... It sounds like we MIGHT be able to move around like that. It isn't as important of an aspect, but it is possible.

3:50 in this example…you pay 5 to play Peter Pan and place him in the location, does he still have to dry before we use him?

No moving doesn’t require for your characters to be wet

Moving seems really lame at first if its only on specific characters abilities but then nothing is stopping them from having locations that have abilities on moving to or while on then makes more sense to have not other base effect for moving there

The fact that moving to a location doesn’t exert your character means Peter can earn lore twice a turn via l moving to locations with lore and questing 😮

@@TriniTron. sorry you confused me a bit. Moving does not exert. Therefore you gain the lore of the location, then you can quest. But questing is obviously only 1 lore so it’s nothing to crazy. It’s more nice that he can gain you lore right away by moving the turn you play him.

So if the locations are sideways, when you have a character on it and you exert them you then just cover the whole of the location card?
