Respect the policy. Bago nila nabuo yan ay pinagdebatihan at pinagbotohan na yan sa House of Commons ng mga mga taong kumakatawan sa iba’t-ibang ridings. Para sa kanila, mas makakabuti ito para sa lahat at hindi sa iisang pangkat lamang. Canadian citizen ka naman pala, tandaan mo kung sino ang bumoto pabor sa policy na yan at huwag mo siyamg iboto sa susunod na halalan. Or kumandidto ka na lang para ikaw na mismo ang magsalita sa Ottawa. Dito sa Canada, tao ang nag-aadjust sa batas, hindi batas ang nag-aadjust santao. 🇨🇦

Why he is comparing caregiver to farm worker. Farm workers are hired seasonal. And they cannot apply for PR. The government set English proficiency for caregivers because they wanted that caregiver will not stay as caregiver forever.

This is very simple. It should not be PR upon arrival to prevent abuse of coming as caregiver then next day working somewhere..for example. It should be Work to PR that a caregiver must work 1 or 2 years first before becoming a PR.

Well just compensation will prevent caregivers from job hopping pagkapasok sa Canada. Employers can also have stringent background checks para alam nila if worth it ba effort ipasok from outside ung caregiver nila. Why hope to "force" newcomers to stay in a job they don't want? It's a free market. The new policy gives a fair shot at a good future for caregivers who qualify.

Yes, this policy is progressive as it helps the caregiver to have more confidence and also prevent potential abuse from employers who holds upper hand in this relationship. Just fight for former caregiver to get PR status but don’t stop progressive policies.

Sana isama na nila po sa clb 4 ang mga caregiver inside Canada kasi kawawa naman po mga caregiver na matagal na dito sa Canada at madaming time ng nag take ng exam at hirap maipasa sa kailangan nilang 5.0 kaya sana yun lang po isama na nila sa clb 4 ang mga caregiver inside Canda.

Sorry to say but as a caregiver one should be able to communicate well sa inaalagaan nila. Lowering the language requirement will just have a lot of negative effect. Mas maaabuso ang mga pilipino kung di sila marunong umintindi sa mga inaalagaan nila. Maraming educated na sa panahon ngayon. And maraming caregiver na kayang makaqualify sa requirement kaya bakit nila kailangan babaan ang standard? If Canada can just talk facts without thinking kung makakasakit sila, sasabihan nyan, it has all the rights to make policies for the benefit of its people. Ang mababang language requirement ay benefit lang naman ng mga caregiver hindi naman sa mga employer and sa Canada in general and tayo yung dayo. Para ma pr agad kaya bababaan pero yung quality ng pag aalaga, di naman tataas. At kahit ikaila, naalis ang mga caregiver na pr na sa mga amo nila.

kawawa employer niyan pag umalis un caregiver agad. kasi Pr na pwede any work. Pero kung live-in case dahil nga wala matirhan, si care giver naman ma abuse kasi extended work without compensation.

Hindi po fault at walang unfair or unjust sa mas pinadaling qualification or ruling" kung " pag usapan ang pakukumpara, dahil ang scenario noon at ngayon at may kanya kanyang objektibo at panuntunan, wala po dapat kumparahan dahil yan po ang maglalagay sa hindi inaasahang hantungan ng bawat isang Pinoy na nakikipagsapalaran para sa iisa nating hangarin kung bakit iniiwan ang sariling bansang sinilangan. Kung ano mn po ang binibigay na bagong batas o alituntunin lalo na king tayo po ay una dayuhan lamang ay matuto po sumunod at umayon ,sapagkat there's no such thing as unfair, unjust o deprivation lalo na kung nag comply sa batas at alituntunin.

It’s not a crab mentality, he is trying to help those who are in need of help that has been in Canada that until now still struggling to get their PR, life in Canada is not easy and comfortable as we think… why not give chances and make a program to those caregivers who are here already ,they also paid taxes. Not everyone is blessed as the best some are. Every problem has a solution and that’s what he is doing. He is just an instrument, a good samaritan for those ppl who need help.

You can make any request and justify with reasonable basis at the of the day the Highly and Intelligent immigration Officer from the Federal Government has the final say, don't forget you and your colleagues request has considered but you can never ever take the last spoons from the government be humble and thankful obviously you are not getting younger anymore.
