Hey everyone! I'm excited to share my recent pickup of the Celine Chelsea Boot for Men in the style "Drugstore"
I wear a size 42 (I'm a USA 9) and they fit perfectly!
I'm so happy I was able to find the perfect matching dupe to my tried and true loved Saint Laurent Chelsea Boots that were starting to slowly fall apart after 7+ years of wear!

People please listen. Dress shoes would be rotated out . Wear them one day let that pair rest for 2-3 days. These are not to be worn everyday. Have 3 pairs of dress shoes in rotation.

Worth every penny. My YSL Chelsea Boots looked even worse, I wore them every 7:32 fall / winter day for > 3 y but I got the sole rebuilt with an amazing cobbler. They look almost new. Worth it to have a back up pair. Enjoy!

Their sizing guide confuses me. On Celine’s website it says their size 41 is equivalent to an EU 42 and us 9 but you’re saying that their 42 is a size 9? Some help would be greatly appreciated! Can’t find much more info/reviews online lol

Great shoes! Have you considered getting the YSL boots rejuvinated? A shoe repairer may be able to fix them up as good as new. I know of a man in the UK (KZbin channel) who could perform the miracle. Let me know if you want his details! Thank you for the video!

Please share! 😄 I actually would look into getting them repaired! They are a good “heavily worn in” pair if I want to wear a Chelsea boot but may be in rain, or messed up super urban concrete areas that can scuff shoes easily!!🙏🏼

The upper on one of the boots shows wear-through on the side. There is no way this can be repaired without sewing a patch over it which would not be very attractive.

Normally metal nails or plates at the toe are there to prevent premature wear to the front of the sole so as to extend usable life but in this instance there are not enough to do that so I think they are purely decorative! Watching channels such as yours that are based in Southern California I have always wondered how you all manage to wear such heavy leather boots such as these or leather jackets in all that heat! I live in Austria and all my boots and leather jackets start to come out around now as it gets cooler. I could not stand to wear leather jackets or boots when it’s +30 outside!

Good to know the nails are for decore 😅 how … useless! 😂🥹 I would say in Southern California if you see anyone crazy enough to wear these items like myself it’s because I view fashion like a uniform 😂 once it’s on its not coming off … no matter the climate 😂

You are correct. I studied footwear design and manufacturing at Cordwainers College in London which is part of UAL - University of the Arts London). You can get the same quality for a fraction of the price from other manufacturers. But hey, someone has to pay for those fashion shows and advertising!
