I bought 2 this past weekend. Already regret it. Should of bought reveals. Night pictures are so dark you can barely see a deer in them and battery life sucks big time
@TheElementWild3 жыл бұрын
@@briancheatham2436 We noticed if you have it set to instantaneous upload, battery life will draw down quick. We currently have ours set to "twice a day" and its doing fine. Also, in our experience, those black night pics happen once the battery gets low.

I’m running 3. I have noticed it will send you white out blacked out photos. Over all easy to use and great for the price. Lots of options on the app.
@TheElementWild3 жыл бұрын
We’ve gotten some blacked out photos, but it’s on one camera that has super low battery at our own property. I think battery’s will help with that.

What memory cards are you guys using as I hear that not all as cards are not compatible or gives the camera issues
@TheElementWild3 жыл бұрын
We’ve been using the Moultrie branded cards. They work great with the cameras. All cell cameras will require a higher rated card. If you can’t find those, the class 10 silver SanDisk cards will work as well.

When you turned it on for the first time, did you have to let it cycle through for awhile for the firmware update like they say? And also does the GPS work even when the camera is turned off?
@TheElementWild3 жыл бұрын
Yes, we had to let some of the cameras sit for quite a while before they were updated and ready to go. It’s definitely something you want to do before you head out to set the cam. Sorry, I need to mess with the GPS functions more. I’m not sure about that.

Question I have the last model moultrie . I’m in the market for a new cam I love the price point just the reviews are horrible. I had little to no issues with the last model cam before they made the delta. My property is 5 hrs away so I’m looking for something with decent battery life as well as decent imagery . How has your experience been thus far thanks in advance
@TheElementWild3 жыл бұрын
It’s been great! I think most complaints are user error and guys that expect a cell cam that’s under $100 to work like a piece of nasa equipment. We’ve had very few bad pix. You can listen to a recent podcast we did with Mark at Moultrie to get ideas on how to best run these things.
