Hi, Reg: the UK Graduate Visa, I have a query. Please clarify: I'm coming to the UK as a student in the January 2024 intake, and my course end date is May 2025. Suppose the UK government changes the Graduate Visa to six months in mid-2024 or later. Will this be applicable to me or not please clarify. if I apply for the Graduate Visa after my graduation (may 2025)?

If the rule is implemented after you come then it will be applicable only to the people who come after that will be affected not you

Its really understandable video but i have a doubt that if i am in care manager visa which comes under health and care visa but its not CARE WORKER visa. Once the UK amendment these five points am i still eligible to bring my wife in as a dependent. But i am still single if i go to get married in 2025 and planning to bring her end of 2025.

Hi bro If doesn’t count as a care visa then u can bring your dependents. The government will shed more clarity on this in the coming months

Yes if you are on care visa then u won’t be able bring dependents after spring 2024
