I’ve been toying with picking up this palette from Charlotte Tilbury because I have several of her quads, and I still have yet to pick up one of her larger palettes. Then you created this eye look, which I’m obsessed with!😍 Those cool toned browns pair so well with the purple shades! I really appreciate that you used a mix of shades! It shows how well thought out that this palette is put together! I’m also intrigued with that beautiful highlighter palette! The highlighter shade is really perfection, and the compact alone is worth having in one’s collection! Who doesn’t need a nice makeup mirror on the go?!😉

I’m glad I’m not lusting after either of these for once. They are both gorgeous, don’t get me wrong but....I think I’ll wait for the entire CT holiday collection to drop before I make any purchases. I’m soooo picky what I buy these days due to my collection being too overwhelming and realizing that I don’t need everything. @@jewelnabq01 I did end up purchasing this palette. It’s really beautiful and I will say the colors in this palette are different than the ones in the large pillow talk palette. They are a little bit more glam in the aspect that you could wear them at night time. The shades are just slightly darker and I don’t typically wear dark shades like this in the daytime. So having this palette to use for those special occasions I think it’s really nice to have and the quality is just as good. Don’t pay full price though get it during the Sephora sale. I do think it’s one worth having in your collection for sure. I am really happy with my purchase. No regrets! I’m really excited about her next palette that’s coming out in the next couple of days called fire Rose! I think it’s the first quad in a really long time that I am very excited about.

@@PinkHoneyBeee Thank you for the info. When I broke down and purchased her Pillow Talk Instant palette and a quad, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of her shadows and their ease of use. I thought it was all hype and marketing like much on YT. So many of CT palettes look alike but this one spoke to me. For sure, I pretty much only purchase during the sales, and boy, are they kicking up everywhere. Why, oh why, did you have to tell me about the Fire Rose quad? I googled it and it is so pretty. The last thing I "need" is more eye shadows...😧

@@jewelnabq01 haha oh I know! It’s kinda ridiculous how many eyeshadow palettes that I own because I’m not a make up artist. I only use them on myself and there’s no way in my lifetime I would be able to use what I have now in my collection. So it’s like how can I justify buying another eyeshadow palette 🤦🏼‍♀️ but I will say I’ve been more selective on the palettes that I do buy. I don’t buy crap or things I know that I will never use. I have way too many palettes that just sit there and don’t get used so I really just try to only pick up ones that speak to me and that I know I will use. You should check out Megan Lombardi on KZbin. She did a video with the Fire Rose palette and it’s so pretty. I’m sorry though for feeding your bad habit. I’m a makeup addict too but I’m really trying to be more selective on what I do buy.

Hello Mel🌞! As usual, I really am getting great value from another video post from you! I have looked at the latest Highlighter from CT. It does look pretty, and it also does look like there are many dupes out there already. But, what I gained most, is when you mentioned that this formula is going to show texture more than her other formula, as in the bar of gold palette and last years holiday highlight. As a woman with more mature skin, the last I wish to do is accentuate my fine lines and texture. So, as pretty this highlighter looks presentation wise. I think it is another holiday pass for me. I think it’s pretty but I have a lot of pretty in this pandemic time. I have plenty of Charlotte Tilbury, some I haven’t even used yet. Lately, I have been using the Darling pallet and used the green lights pallet yesterday. What is great about Charlotte Tilbury is that they make your eyelids look smooth, which is great for aging eyes, and have classy, subdued looks, although sometimes I like something more wild from Pat McGrath, Natasha Denona, ect.

Of course, you create the most beautiful looks, so I knew you would do this eye palette justice. I’m passing on the highlighter because 1) it’s huge & I would never get my $ out of it, 2) I have a few highlighters that look exactly the same, and lastly 3) this highlighter is the same price as the bronzer but with less product!! yeah, the first swatch on palm is more true rosegold, the last swatch from the trio is coppery..? but lovvv the them all in their own way. just luscious. and ty for showing the pixi alternative, it's more affordable an almost same result, almost.

Yea I’m struggling with the highlighter; I picked it up during the Sephora rouge release and I can’t seem to get it to lay nice on my skin. Just looks textured no matter what I do. I feel like I’d rather reach for something else because it’s less work. Honestly I should return it but I’m a huge CT fan and I like having it in my collection. Definitely picking up the palette next though, it looks beautiful!

I don't own any Charlotte eyeshadows and don't need anymore palettes. And even though this one is boring, I'm going to go for it. I've seen other reviews praising the pigmentation of this. Sephora did the same thing with the Gucci bronzer...after it sold out upon release they completely pulled it from their website. A few weeks later it was back and is still there. I was going to get the one she came out with before this one but I'll get this one instead..it's more versatile. I think that she's paying attention to including as much tones into her makeup line by having a little more pigment in her formula. A couple of her palettes (to me)looked like it would just be a wash of color on my eyes but I like this one

Hi Mel...I got an email from Allure on Sept 10th on the Charlotte Tilbury eye palette..saying that it was available for 48 hrs starting the 11th..and not returning until October for holiday release..so I got it ..after one to many Coors Lights..lol...but its my 1st Charlotte Tilbury product ..I havnt used it yet..kinda like omg..never had something like this...lol..shud I wait until the holidays.😂😂😂..by the way love ur videos..even though I'm 48 a lot older than ..u but I love ur attitude n u r soo cute..oh n the bees...hmmmm I'm allergic...😕😕
