New Chevrolet Monza 2023 in-depth Walkaround
The 2023 Chevy Monza has undergone a facelift, with changes to its front-end design being the most notable. It now features slimmer headlamps and a new signature grille with a trapezoidal lower opening and a horizontal bar with boomerang-shaped ends, which was previously seen on the refreshed 2023 Chevy Blazer. The rest of the car's body remains largely the same, except for some minor styling tweaks.
While the drivetrain of the 2023 Chevy Monza remains unchanged from last year's model, the turbocharged 1.5L engine now boasts an output improvement of 111 horsepower and 104 pound-feet of torque. It is paired with a dual-clutch six-speed automatic transmission. The mild-hybrid variants still use the turbocharged 1.3L engine, which produces 161 horsepower and 170 pound-feet of torque.
The interior design of the 2023 Chevy Monza has been significantly updated, taking inspiration from the latest-generation Chevrolet vehicles. The new dash includes two side-by-side 10.25-inch screens and the brand's latest infotainment system. The car also features new air vents with a striking turbine design on both ends, a redesigned steering wheel, and a new center console.
