This deck is so beautiful, I have the first edition. It is one of very few Marseille decks that I have kept, I love the associations in the Minors with the language of flowers. Glad you managed to get a copy, I hope you enjoy it 😍❤️xx

Yes the TDM is the original tarot deck. I learnt tarot with it so it will always be a really soecial deck and system to me 💜

Would you recommend this as a beginner marseille? I really love it and the fact that the flowers in the pips have specific meaning really intrigues me.

To be honest Tina. Most of the TDM decks are very similar in design. So, in my opinion, putting aside the added flowers. They are basically all the same. But yes, this deck is perfectly suitable for a beginner. The colours are a lot less harsher than usual 💜💜💜💜

I got this deck too. For a long while I've avoided Marseille, mainly because I still find pip challenging to learn and also, and I know I'm probably in the minority in this haha, I do not like the old style look of Marseille decks (though I did get the CBD deck to start with and I'm not likely to get any other of that style haha). So when this came out on indiegogo I backed it and I'm quite happy with it. I'm slowly learning how to read with it (going through some books etc). I'm looking forward to the RWS version which looks beautiful too. Now for a Thoth version hahaha

I love it so much because of my tarot background. It’s nice to see a modern TDM that still maintains the original beauty of the original. I can recommend the Ben-Dov book for learning the system ❤️
