The introduction is very interesting. The fact that it starts with a transition into the main theme and starts not on the tonic makes a captivating hook. Also the intro harmony is cool

Lang Lang omitted the rests and silences in measure 7/8 - Now every recording sounds like that! Sounds completely different upon climaxing those descending chords with a rest… There is clearly a measure of rest in the manuscript at measure 7/8- Check out my completion of the waltz. Both sheet-music videos online both have small errors (rather negligible not saying things are right or wrong, instead an offering of another interpretation) Thanks!

There's no pause in the manuscript. In fact a % measure indicating repetition. I took this version as reference and recorded it with the wrong pause. It sounds really good though... It almost seems it should be that way, so I'm not recording again 😂 This guy himself corrected it in the final MuseScore version link.

Bar 22 ir wrong in the left hand. The 3rd beat is a rest in the left hand. The bass D only lasts for 2 beats and the B one beat. 3rd beat is a rest.
