We can clearly see the old retaining wall of the earlier 2 lane road. 4 lane was constructed by simply earth filling the river banks without adequate protective wall. The river simply took what was their natural habitat only. Don't blame nature nor the river. NHIDCL the one and the only corporation to encroach on a river 😂
